Our next 200-hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training begins in January, and I am so looking forward to it!
🤍
I love teaching this training because no two groups are ever the same. Every group brings together people with different backgrounds, motivations and experiences, creating a space where everyone can learn from one another, deepen their practice, and their understanding of the teachings of yoga.

Our 200-hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training is designed for anyone who would like to become a certified yoga teacher or simply immerse themselves more deeply in the practices of yoga.

Combining five months of live online learning with one immersive week together in beautiful Sicily, the training offers a flexible format that fits around work, family and everyday life, without compromising on depth, connection or personal guidance.

Throughout the training, we emphasise creating a learning environment where questions are encouraged, curiosity is welcomed, and everyone feels supported. Our intention is to offer a space where you can build a strong foundation, gain confidence, and become part of a wonderful community.

✨ Early Bird pricing and flexible payment plans are available.

Last week, my classes were about santosha, contentment. It’s one of the niyamas in yoga philosophy: practices that guide how we relate to ourselves and nurture our inner life.

The world we live in keeps telling us to buy more, achieve more, improve ourselves. Our dissatisfaction is good for business. Practising contentment is a way of standing up against that constant demand to keep wanting.

There’s something quietly radical about saying: for this moment, I have enough.

Having our needs met matters. But once they are, the satisfaction of getting something we’ve wanted often fades, and we’re soon chasing the next thing.

Santosha invites us to cultivate contentment from within. I think of contentment, like gratitude and compassion, as an invisible muscle: something that gets stronger through practice. By noticing what’s right in front of us, experiencing it fully and allowing ourselves to be content in this moment. Even when parts of life are painful or unresolved, contentment can exist alongside them.

For me, that’s a daily practice: letting what’s here reach me, before my attention is already on what’s missing.

It’s been a good birthday month!

🍂🧡

#yogagermany #yoagberlin #inannayoga #yogaphilsophy #yogateacher by @inanna.yoga

The most common theme in all of my yoga classes over the years is my suggestion as a collective intention to practice being present and to have the courage to be with what is happening right in this moment. To at least try not to analyse or change or fix anything.

The poses, the sequence, the breath are the tools that can help us to focus the mind and therefore experience the right now as it is.

I teach this because it is my main personal practice, to come back to breath, come back to the moment and try to be able to be in the moment with all the emotions that it carries, the joyful as well as the really hard ones (that is the tricky part, as the mind does not enjoy to be with those at all.)

The older I get the more I don’t want to miss out on any moment of this precious life I was given and I hope that the asana practice I teach can support you to carry some of the presence and courage you cultivate on the mat out into the world.

Sooo, some of the more pleasant moments this summer made it here on the wall 💕

#inannayoga #yogaberlin #yogagermany #yogateacherlife by @inanna.yoga

I am so looking forward to offering my Shakti Flow workshop at @agapezoe_festival this year as they celebrate their 11th anniversary.
🌀

Shakti is the creative force that animates the universe. It is the energy of creation, transformation and change that moves through all of life.

In this workshop we’ll explore this energetic current through a dynamic Vinyasa practice, weaving together movement, breath, mantra and mudra into an embodied and collective experience. Together we’ll create a space to reconnect with our own strength, creativity and vitality by calling on the different archetypes of Shakti.

I can’t wait to meet you there: 19./20. September at the beautiful Eden Studios in Berlin. ✨

#yogaberlin #agapezoefestival #inannayoga #shaktiflow by @inanna.yoga

Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August.
~ Jenny Han
🌞
Those of you who know me, know much I adore the summer months. And while things over here definitely are not all strawberries and sunsets, I am grateful for this little life I have created for myself and now finally took a moment for a little June recap.

Grateful for the opportunity to teach and share what I love, for spending time with friends, for dancing, swimming, eating (and after all this is what summer is all about).
Thank you @yogaunitedfestival for having me!

Enjoy the magic of the summer months and romanticise the hell out of your life just as it is right now. ♥️

A blooming garden by the lake. The warmth of the sun on our skin. Moving our bodies. Breathing deeply. Sitting in stillness. Cooling off in the water. The sound of the bowls dancing with the sound of the wind. Lovely conversations. Laughter. Time.

On the hottest day of the year we shared a day to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and with each other.

These moments are why we do what we do. Not to escape daily life, but to return to it feeling a little more present, a little softer, a little more alive.

Thank you to everyone who shared this beautiful day with us 🤍

Thanks to @lealikestakingpictures for the beautiful memories & to @freiraum_re.creative.oasis fro the cooperation 🌱

If you come to my classes, you know I love creating sequences that seamlessly take you from one place to the next.
Sometimes building toward a peak pose, sometimes taking you to all corners of the mat, often moving through the entire sequence on one side before we switch, always with a strong focus on transitions, the spaces between “no longer” and “not yet”.
I love playing with all of these elements while keeping my flows intelligent and healthy for the body.

But what really interests me is creating a container of shape-shifting, of breath and movement, where the mind stays present in the body, with the breath.
This is where the magic happens - where we enter a flow state, a moving meditation.
And then the shapes and poses become almost secondary: a playful means to an end, training the mind to focus, to stay, to fully embody the moment and for me then it starts to become yoga.

So please, steal my flow, if you like it: ✨

Sun A → Down Dog → Dolphin → Headstand → Dolphin → Down Dog
Right side:
Down Dog Split → High Lunge → Warrior II → Reverse Warrior → Side Angle → Easy Twist → Horizon Lunge → Skandasana → Wild Thing → Side Plank (+ step forward) → Anjaneyasana → Horizon Lunge → Warrior II → Triangle → Vinyasa

Don’t forget to repeat on the second side!

You can always find my weekly schedule in my bio link. I would love to guide you through one of my flows. 💚

#yogaflow #stealmyflow #yogasequencing #inannayoga #yogateacher by @inanna.yoga
