Here comes the introduction no one asked for -
But since somewhere between the lines I’ve gained many new followers, i wanted to say HI 👋

I’m Ina — Finnish by core, living my daily life on Swedish soil, with my heart in Greece 💙

I’m what I like to call a cheerleading generalist — if it’s cheer, I’ve probably tried most of the hats in the sport. From working with the Finnish Cheerleading Federation on recreational cheer, education systems, and Team Finland All-Girl (2021–2024), to being General Secretary and Chief of Coaches in my home club HAC, to now working with the Swedish Federation on events — cheer has always been my anchor.

On top of federation hats, I’ve been a cheer entrepreneur since the early 2010s. What started with tumbling privates has grown into camps, projects, consulting, mentoring, and coaching conferences across the world. 🌍

Beyond the mat, my studies have taken me through Sports Management, Health Behaviour, leadership, personal training, health coaching, adapted physical activity for people with special needs, and service design.

No matter the field, my purpose remains the same: to build stronger, more mobile athletes, to create safer spaces for our sport, and to empower coaches with tools for sustainable growth, effective movement, communication, and creating joy and fun in practice.

Grateful for the journey cheerleading has taken me on, and beyond excited for the future. 🪩

If you made it this far, you’re officially part of my cheer bubble. Welcome to the gang! 🫶 by @inatiittula

Someone once said, “The loudest kids have the safest spaces and environments to grow.” 🌱

As coaches—we’re a part of shaping environments. The real measure of success isn’t always in the improvements in the technique or in the amount of medals. Sometimes the success is in how we are and act together. How loudly the athletes laugh at practice. How silly they dare to be. How many questions do they ask. How do they interact and communicate with each other. How boldly they try, fail, and try again.

If they feel safe enough to be wild or loud, or just be authentically themselves around you and each other, you’re doing something right. 🤸‍♀️

Creating safe spaces isn’t optional—it’s essential for overall success.

Let’s build spaces where athletes—and coaches— feel safe, seen, and heard as individuals.

Coaches, what kind of goals and measures have you set for your teams, to ensure the team works together, and it’s a safe space for all of it’s individuals?

THE BATTLE OF THE STUNTSPOTS

One athlete from each stunt position starts in the middle of the circle, while the rest of the team sits in a big circle around them.

When the music plays, the athletes in the middle switch positions with someone from another stunt spot (except the spot next to them)

When the music stops, the stunt positions represented in the middle each get 5 movements for ALL athletes in that position. The warmup movements change each round!

Think fast. Move fast. Fun & effective!

It’s so exciting to see the growing interest in topics that can truly make a difference for athletes and coaches:

-Strength training
-Smart practice planning
-Creating environments where athletes can grow and thrive

I’m super excited about the direction we’re heading and, most of all, about continuing to learn, challenge each other and raise the standard together. If you participated any of my classes feel free to send feedback to continue the great discussions that got started during the weekend! 🩵
