It’s not meant to be something on your daily to do list; it’s here to allow you presence and a moment to yourself. You’re allowed to have that for yourself. Incentional encourages it. 🤝❤️

Fall is so so fleeting. 🍂The vibrant beauty right before the leaves let go, making space for the first snowfall. There’s something about this season that holds two things at once: anticipation for what’s coming, and the invitation to stay right here in the present moment.

What are you letting go of this season to make room for what’s next? :)

Happy Halloween! I’ve always loved Halloween for the fun of it; dressing up as my favorite characters, spooky doorsteps, and a belly full of candy. To this day, I still love it, but for even more reasons.

Fall is such an embodiment of release.

I watch as leaves that have blossomed in the spring, bathed in the sun in the summer, and release in the fall. It’s such a beautiful process, given that fall is full of vibrant colors, that it makes you want to hold onto the season; soak up every last moment among the red and orange trees.

But you can’t control the seasons, and if nature feels the need to shed layers and release what no longer serves them (with the knowing that they’ll blossom again next year) then I can do the same.

We are ever changing, ever growing, and ever adapting.

What a beautiful lesson to be reminded of every Halloween.

I hope yours is wonderful 🍂👑🧙

The veil is thinning. It’s time to release.

My needs. My mind. My body. My heart.
This month I’m putting myself first, without apology. I’m only making room for energy that loves me back.

What are you choosing for yourself this month? :)

It’s so easy to get caught in… anywhere but the present moment. The past. The future. The lack. The shoulda, coulda woulda. The not enough time. The limiting beliefs.

But often times when you reflect, and I mean REALLY reflect, you can see that your life has shaped out in beautiful, unexplainable ways. Things you have today, the old you would have been jumping with joy to have.

Without acknowledgement, without gratitude… we continue to live in lack. What is not love is a call for love.

Like the seasons, I allow myself to change, to adapt, to let go, to grow, to flourish.
This season, I choose release. 🍂🎃
