Holy moly what a week!!! I am getting slammed from every direction right now and scrambling to work out how and what I'm doing 😅 my Knights Moralis unisex cape dropped over the weekend but I've had so much happen between the and now to scream about it!!

I am madly trying to get the rest of the ladies version of the uniform done before fire emblem drops, but I'm now also swimming with inspiration from the Zelda ocarina of time drops.... When it rains it pours for me it seems.

I'm making a battle plan and have some wonderful people behind the scenes supporting me through this busy time. I'm so tremendously excited to be getting drowned in hype and cosplay inspo, it's been a while since I've been this motivated to make so many new things.

I'm gonna be slow on the socials because my business dms are in shambles at the moment (Ty to the people who've started dropping pattern requests into my suggestion box instead of dms, y'all are champs) so if you don't hear from me for a bit with social dms it's not personal, I'm just getting absolutely swamped 😅

But anyway, this is absolutely not my last witch hat pattern and there are many more to come, but things are gonna get very zelda and femblem heavy over here for a little while!!

WIP of many things coming soon, sounds off below if you're as hyped as I am!

She's done! Brimmed Hat Coco is quite possibly one of my favourite projects to date. She was so much fun to sew and wear and I'll never stop screaming about the gorgeous swirly fabric. Thank you for everyone at Smash who chased me down to say hello! I was incredibly overwhelmed ngl 😅

I really love exaggerated silhouettes so the long train version was a must, but given we not long got a season 2 teaser I figured it would be perfect to add the simpler version too.

This one's live everywhere now with a plus size range included. I'm mad at work getting the Knights Moralis patterns done as well as madly preparing for Fortunes Weave behind the scenes. I have been fairly absent from socials getting over illness, but that will likely continue as I approach what will easily be my busiest period in the 7 years I've been making sewing patterns. Wish me luck, FE is dumping more work on my plate with every daily character update 😅 while I do plan on quite a few more WHA patterns, I'll be juggling them between FE shortly so they may be a little more spaced out tbd workload.

I whipped up super quick clay accessories for this in con crunch, but I'm sure @thedangerousladies would be keen to hear if there's demand for her chain links 👀

With that, I really need a hot minute to recover, however brief. I've been going very slow with health but I gotta charge through this very exciting time!

Coco is ready for Smash Con!
I have been super sick for a whole month with the plague and post viral complications, so this was a challenge to get done in time. My partner and I will be enjoying the con casually today and rocking Coco and Qifrey tomorrow!
If you see me, I'll likely be masked up because my immune system is a smouldering trash fire at the moment and I don't wanna risk getting sick again, but I'm keen to see everyone!!!

This will 100% be coming as a sewing pattern (sizes 6-30) and I'm also working on a version B based on the season 2 teaser. This design is different in every depiction of it so I want the pattern to be versatile depending on which version y'all prefer! I personally love love love the low/high w/ a train version!!

Big thank you for the moral support from my partner @fifty_face_jayce and housemate @jellyfishcosplays
(Ty for the hand stitching for the tassels so I could go to bed earlier ❤️)

Qifrey is here!! I was hoping to have him out a little sooner but I have been down with the sickness, and also decided to add an alternative version of the cape (he's got a lot of fabric, so you can choose how big you want to go).

Accessories are once again available from @thedangerousladies and there's more to come from us both for witch hat!

This sample will likely be worn by @fifty_face_jayce for smash con, tbd our plans but I'm hoping to have something witch hat for myself too!

I'm on compulsory bed rest for a hot minute, so I'll likely be doing some drafting while I have energy and napping when I don't. The Knights Moralis cape will likely be the next pattern and I've also been working on brimhat Coco among a few more witch hat designs! They've been an absolute joy to work on.

Olruggio is complete! The gruff guardian ensemble sewing pattern is now live everywhere ✨

Qifrey is well underway and will be up next! Hopefully not too far behind ❤️

Accessories are by @thedangerousladies as always 💕

And with that, I shall disappear into the void so I can get Qifrey done and get the next batch of patterns moving, it's full steam ahead over here 😅

Tyranny is here! It feels good to be on a roll with releases again after a lot of behind the scenes work and life chaos. I absolutely adore this pattern. Tyranny is one of my favs in the new campaign and her design is cute as a button and was incredibly fun to sew. A nice relaxing job after the chaos of the witch hat apprentice dress 😅

@thedangerousladies also have Tyranny's horns, ears and even hooves to complete this cosplay. I'm not sure if I have it in me to paint myself pink... But this does tempt me....

Next up is Qifrey and Olruggio and some backlog stuff (including a few more block patterns). Things are crazy busy over here but I'm excited to to release everything I've been working on!

I know I know I really gotta post more often! But I've been absolutely working my butt off to get patterns out the door before we get new fire emblem info that will take a sledgehammer to my schedule 😅

My Witch Hat Atelier apprentice dress pattern is live! I started this pattern FOUR YEARS AGO... Talk about a backlog pattern 😅 I was determined to get this pattern completed without sacrificing any sizes, but man was that a job. This is possibly, deceptively, one of the most tedious grading jobs I've ever done. So naturally I'm looking at more WHA designs with these pleats, heavens help me 🤣

I've got another 3-4 cosplay patterns at the finishing stages that I have a goal time of one week to complete all of them! Qifrey and Olruggio are in the final touches stage and Tyranny is in proofing!

Who else would you like to see me make from WHA? I'm in the drafting stages for the Knights and few other surprises 👀

Hey hey everyone! Long time no see! There's been a lot happening over here and many reasons for the radio silence, but I've been working very hard behind the scenes on a bunch of really big updates.

I'll talk more about said updates very soon, but for now, I'm delighted to announce a HUGE drop of new patterns! This is only the start, with a lot more on the way in the new year. I've been hard at work, between a lot of life chaos, making Indigo Patterns something that is more manageable for me with my fluctuating health. I've stopped putting off making new templates and systems to streamline my work, so I'm very excited to smash through the very exciting list of things I'm working on releasing. More updates to come very soon!

For now, I'll be enjoying a little bit of time off for the holidays and will be back at it after Christmas. See you on the other side!

As always, fabulous accessories and fabrics are available from @thedangerousladies with lots more to come!

Hooo boy what a week. I hope everyone is enjoying MKW! I did mean to post this over the weekend but things got hectic as always. My fav of the bunch, ultimate Daisy is ready to fight!

I wish I could say I disappeared to play switch 2 but alas, I got hit with the sickness (friendly reminder to not go to events if you're sick and share it with immune compromised peeps pretty pls and thank you).

I am very behind with dms on my various platforms as I was KOd for a solid couple of days and am still on the go-slow today, I'll do my best to get back to everyone over the course of the day. It's going to be a pretty patchy couple of weeks with recovering, important family stuff and supanova (if I'm well enough to go by then).

I'll get back to work as soon as I'm able, for now I'm gonna try and rest up and recover properly.

Accessories on this one are once again provided by the wonderful @thedangerousladies!

After some rather frustrating setbacks with illustrator, I am delighted to announce that Ultimate Peach is finally ready to smash!

This is an obnoxiously large pattern with a lot of sizes and a little chunk of my soul permanently embedded into the instructions. I adore how this came together and am even more excited about Daisy (who's also live actually 👀).

Accessories are by @thedangerousladies 💙

Now that these monster patterns are done I'm in the final stages of getting Fern, Falin, Junah and Caitlyn finished up as well as drowning in many more things beyond that. I'm big 👀 at far too many new MKW designs 😅

Here comes Daisy! I'm now roughly half way through my first backlog batch!

Shout out to illustrator for crashing FIVE TIMES just trying to get the fabric estimates finished up to release this jumbo pattern. With 14 sizes this one put my ram to the test dealing with that many layers and I've still got the finishing touches on the even more complicated ssbu princesses to go... Pray for my poor pc 😅

Shout out to @thedangerousladies for the accessories for the mushroom princess gals! I'm hoping to sand and paint the crown and earrings sometime soon too!

She’s live everywhere, and with that I'm crashing out for the night 🔥 tomorrow's job is to make estimates for the other two and I'm gonna need all my strength and patience for that 😅🤣
