Hi Friends! 👋🏻 👋🏾 We have lots of new faces around here, so we wanted to take a moment to re-introduce ourselves 😊 We are Elon and Talia, husband-and-wife team, parents to two girls 👧🏽 👧🏽, and founders of ine+ nutrition. With backgrounds in health, wellness, fitness, and reproductive medicine, we created ine+ with one mission: to make clean, effective wellness products with uncompromising ingredient quality that truly support your everyday health from the inside out. (While also making our best-selling Super Greens taste amazing 🥬😉) The attention to detail we put into every product is everything to us. We formulate with purpose, use high-quality ingredients, and create products that do exactly what they’re meant to do for the people using them. That intention is behind everything we make. We listen closely to our community, and in a world with so many wellness options, it truly means so much that you choose us, support us, and include ine+ in your daily routine 🤍 We are proudly 100% Canadian and formulate, design, and manufacture everything right here in Ontario 🇨🇦 Thank you for being here ✨ Xo, Talia & Elon 🤍 PS: Did you know the brand name came from almost every amino acid ending in “ine”? 🧬 by @inenutrition
✨WE ARE BACK!✨ We are so excited to be included as an add-on in the Summer 2025 Jilly Box! Our Orchard Greens did amazing last year and now you can take it on the go with the NEW Orchard Greens travel packs! Thank you @thejillybox for including us this season!🤍 by @inenutrition
what if the life you want is built by the little things you choose to do TODAY? 💪🏼 comment START to start becoming her. not the big changes. not the perfect routines. not waiting until the new year or when life finally slows down. but the small decisions you make every single day. getting up to workout when you could hit snooze. choosing 10 minutes to move when you don’t have 30. learning how to fuel your body, not restrict it. finding little ways to get more steps into your day. drinking more water & prioritizing hydration. building meals around protein, fibre & foods that nourish you. prioritizing sleep + recovery. saying no to that extra drink. taking a few minutes to slow down & reset. doing the little things even when you don’t feel lol showing up even when motivation isn’t there. because here’s the thing…it’s never just about the workouts. it’s about the habits you build, the promises you keep to yourself & the confidence that comes from realizing what you’re capable of. when I look back at how much my life has changed, it wasn’t from one big moment that got me here…it was the hundreds of tiny decisions, habits & promises I kept to myself, day in & day out no matter what…that slowly changed everything. 🤍 and that’s what I want for YOU. to feel stronger, healthier, more energized and confident in the person you’re becoming and the skin that you’re in. imagine where you could be in 5 weeks, 2 months or walking into 2027…if you just started TODAY. ✨ no extremes. no all or nothing. just small, intentional choices that add up to something BIG. 🙋🏼‍♀️ comment START and I’ll send you everything you need to begin with 7 days FREE — a complete 5 week sculpt + strength program w/ daily habit trackers, workout set schedules, mindfulness journalling, coaching & more. because the person you want to become is built by the choices you make today. START living like her. it starts here.🤍 📍save this reminder 🔗 comment “tape” or “hydration” for face/mouth tape or electrolytes/greens links I use ✨ thank you @melrobbins for the words we all needed to hear #fitnessmotivation #melrobbins #pilates #homeworkout #beforeandafter by @inenutrition

One habit that’s always stuck? This one. 🩵 Marine Collagen has been one of those simple staples in our routine for years. 10g of hydrolyzed marine collagen. 9g of protein. Unflavoured and easy to add to whatever you’re already having. Coffee, smoothies, water, no complicated routine required. 🙌🏼 Just one simple scoop that fits into your day. Simple habits that stick. 🩵✨ by @inenutrition
If you ask us how we use ine+ in our own day… it’s actually pretty simple. 😂💚 ☀️ Morning: Greens. Always… (Can’t forget a scoop of Marine Collagen!) 💧 Throughout the day: HYDRATION+. At our desks, in the car, at the gym… basically wherever the day takes us. 🌙 Evening: Magnesium or SLEEP, depending on the night. 😴 We created ine+ to make wellness feel a little easier to actually stick with AM → PM, that’s our ine+ routine. 💚 What does yours look like? 👇🏼 by @inenutrition
