Notes from my phone 22/03/24

Every year I fall deeper & deeper into the energetics of each season - internally & externally.

Finding it hard to relate as this new self. This new skin feels wide & expansive like it doesn’t fit here anymore. In this world. In my world - where I’ve confined myself to other people’s expectations and perceptions. Realising that for the most part of my life I’ve followed suit of those around me. It’s ok. It’s as it is supposed to be. But now I’m here stretching into a skin with a familiar flavour. A taste of truth. Senses a blaze. Heart on fire. I just want to be. Raw, honest, correct, messy, joyful - the whole spectrum of what it means to be me. To be human

I’ve never known a death like this one before. I have no idea who I am yet at the same time there’s a familiarly there & the strongest sense of self I’ve ever known.

Wisdom from a past self. Thank you.
