If your company gave you Microsoft Copilot do this at the end of every session. Ask it to generate a markdown file of everything you just built together. Decisions, logic, full context. One file. Now drop that file into any new chat and Copilot already knows everything, no starting from zero. And when leadership asks you to present it, take that same file and ask Copilot to turn it into a slide deck with speaker notes. One session. One file. Reuse forever. Save this and drop in the comments: what are you building with Copilot? 👇🤓

One PDF can eat your entire day of Claude tokens. And most people have no idea.

Every time you upload a PDF to Claude it converts every page into an image and reads it like a scanner. One page costs about 3000 tokens. A 50 page document? Your entire day. Gone.

Here is the simple fix. Four steps. 60 seconds.
Upload your PDF to Google Drive. Click the three dots menu and open with Google Docs. Go to File and download it as a Markdown file. Upload that file to Claude instead of the PDF.
Claude reads it as plain text. No scanning. No image conversion. Saves a huge amount of tokens every single time.

Save this 🔖 and try it today. Drop in the comments. Did you know PDFs were costing you this much? 👇😊

If your company is paying for Copilot, there are 5 settings nobody told you to turn on.

Turn on Saved Memories so Copilot stops forgetting you every session. Change the mode and model so you get the right AI for the right task. Set up Custom Instructions so Copilot responds exactly how you work. Save your best prompts in the Prompt Gallery so you stop retyping the same thing. And create a Notebook to give Copilot a dedicated brain for your most important project.

ChatGPT is now my personal stylist 👗🎨

1️⃣ Upload a selfie taken in natural daylight
2️⃣ Ask: “Which colors look best on me, and which should I avoid?”
3️⃣ Then: “Act as my stylist and show me 3 outfits in my best colors”

It’s a fun starting point, not a professional color analysis, because lighting changes everything 💡

Uploading your face? Check your ChatGPT data settings first 🔒

Try it and tell me: did it get your colors right? 🎨
