If you missed the body initially acting up, part 1 is pinned on my page 😮‍💨

But honestly, will physical therapy help all this dysfunction 😩😩😩😩

Wouldn’t it be so nice if we could pow wow with our body? Get everyone on the same page?

My left knee will never act like it cares 🙄

MY block list. I repeat, MINE.

You can consume whaf you want. Even if it’s different from me.

My whole outfit is linked in my LTK in my bio by @inmyrunningerica

I’ve experienced both lives. So I can confidently say I’d like to go back to my B cup.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Just gently reminding you as the season will quickly start rolling on Saturday that I know how it feels to have food noise.

I’ve been the girl at events silently stressed out about what I’m putting on my plate.

Obviously how you want to live your life is your choice but if you needed the reminder that’s it’s going to be ok….this reel is for you 🫶🏾

Nike After Dark, WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! 🌙🏃🏾‍♀️

First, a HUGE thank you to @fuel_goods for my race bib and keeping me fueled from training to the finish line! Their Fuel Planner helped me figure out what to take and when, and they provided all my race-day fuel. No guessing, just a plan, which was a GAME CHANGER for someone used to running on vibes. 😂

Now, the race itself? BEAUTIFUL. EMPOWERING. AND DISRESPECTFULLY HARD. 😭 The hills were RUDE, but the energy was unmatched! I even conquered my porta-potty fears, which honestly deserves its own medal 🚽

But seriously, there’s something so special about running through the streets at night surrounded by thousands of women cheering each other on. The energy, the community, the encouragement. ALL OF IT. 🥹

Nike After Dark, I hope to see you next year because apparently running 13.1 miles in the dark with a bunch of women while questioning my life choices is something I want to do EVERY YEAR. 🖤🌙

The flight has landed, the bib secured. Only thing left is getting to the start line.

I’m so excited to meet more people and be surrounded by so many incredible women.

Shout out to @fuel_goods for giving me this opportunity!

❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️❤️🖤Let’s run the night! ❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤

Some of y’all have been watching my Run & Yaps for a year and looking at these struggle bus brows.

I was never embarrassed to be on video in front of 100,000+ people with no eyebrows because I know most of my followers are victims of the 90s

I feel safe here.

But years of drawing something from absolutely NOTHING, I finally decided it was time to give these brows a little professional assistance.

Come with me on my microblading journey! 🤎

Part 1 is all about the consultation, brow mapping, and color matching!

Me and @lisasmithbrows talked about the look I wanted, figured out what would actually work best for my face, and picked a shade that would give me the natural looking brows I’ve been dreaming of.

Because the goal is to look like I was born with eyebrows, not like I purchased them separately. 🤣

Part 2: The actual microblading appointment and you can see if what we drew on here looks like the actual micro blading. Stay tuned! by @inmyrunningerica

I’ve been keeping a little secret… 🤭🌙✨

I’M RUNNING THE NIKE AFTER DARK HALF MARATHON IN LA!! 🏃🏽‍♀️

This has been a dream race of mine, and I’m SO excited to finally be part of it! Even better, I’m heading to the start line with @fuel_goods helping me stay fueled and ready for all 13.1 miles!

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know fueling has been a whole learning experience for me. 😅 After years of running and basically winging it, I’m finally getting serious about it!

That’s where the Fuel Goods Fuel Planner comes in! You simply select your race or enter your running distance, and it helps figure out what fuel and hydration you’ll need. You can have everything shipped to your door weekly based on your upcoming runs, all the way to race day. Less guessing, more running. And honestly, I NEED that. 😂

I’m so excited to experience this race, meet so many amazing creators, and finally hug some internet friends in real life! 🥹💕

LA, I’m coming for you!! 🌴🌙

Who else is running Nike After Dark?! 👀🫶🏽 by @inmyrunningerica

Unfortunately I’ll believe all the lies again next month. Why are we like this?

I guess since I’m wearing shorts, that’s better than being called a wh0r3 amirite!? 🙃

Which is why we need a weekly debrief pod 🤷🏻‍♀️
