POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi, I'm Diana. I'm the woman behind 40 Days to Leap, and I'm really fucking good at helping women figure out what they want, work through the hard parts, and start making it real.
I know because I've had to do it myself.

I sold my condo, bought an RV, and spent a year traveling and working on small farms. Somewhere along the way, I ended up on a goat farm, milking goats and making cheese.

Because apparently, when I decided to change my life, I didn't believe in starting small. 😂

That year taught me a lot about fear, uncertainty, and what happens when you stop waiting to feel completely ready.

I learned how to make decisions without having all the answers. How to work through the uncomfortable parts. How to trust myself enough to keep going when the next step wasn't obvious.

And I learned that change isn't just about what you do.

It's about who you become while you're doing it.🎯

That's why I created 40 Days to Leap.

Because you can have a goal, a plan, and a vision for what you want next. But the real work often happens underneath all of that.
The fear. The resistance. The identity shifts. The decisions you've been putting off. The parts of you that haven't caught up with where you're going.

This is where I love to work.

Helping you figure out what you want, work through what's in the way, and start making it real.

Not by handing you a five-step plan for your life.

By helping you build self-trust, take action, learn from what happens, and discover that you can meet whatever comes next.

You don't have to blow up your whole life.💥

You don't have to know exactly what you want.

You don't even have to know what comes next.

You just have to be willing to start listening to what's true for you now.

That's where things can start to change.

And that's what we do in my 40 Days to Leap Program™

We slow down.
We get curious.
We explore what you want, what's keeping you stuck, and what might actually be possible.

➡️ Then we start trying things in real life, so you can stop thinking about your next chapter and start finding out what it could be.

Forty days to listen to yourself, take yourself seriously, and see what happens when you actually do something about what you hear.🎯

Do you want to talk about what your next chapter could look like?

Somewhere along the way, I got very clear about who I am and how I want to live.

I know what I like.
I know what I want.
I know what matters to me.

And that makes a lot of things very simple.
I don't need everyone to get me.

I get me.

I don't need everyone to agree with my choices.

They're mine to make.

I don't need to explain every damn thing I do.
I'm doing it because I want to.

And it feels fucking good.✨

📌 Your turn what are you giving zero fucks about? 👇🏻 Tell me. by @innerdrop

I'm not here to tell you what to do.

Because your life is yours.✨

And when you're standing in the middle of a big decision, what you usually need isn't another person handing you an answer.

You need somewhere to slow down enough to hear yourself.

To separate what you actually want from what you think you should want.

To notice where fear is talking.

To get underneath the obvious problem and find the thing that's really asking for your attention.

And then?

We figure out what you can actually do with what you've discovered.

Sometimes that's a decision.

Sometimes it's a conversation.

Sometimes it's an experiment.

Sometimes it's realizing you're not ready yet.

And sometimes it's finally admitting that you already know.

That's the work I do.

I don't make the decision for you.

I help you become clear enough to make it for yourself.

Sometimes you can only find out how something's really going to work for you by doing experiments, tests and exploring.

You're not going to get the information you need by just thinking about it over and over and over.

So put your pants on and go out and try something.

Ask a question.
Have a conversation.
Take the class.

Go out and find some information about what it is that you want and stop just thinking about it.

✨If you're ready to stop thinking about what's next and start finding out, that's the work we do in my 40 days to Leap™ series program. Book a free call through the link in my bio or comment CALL 📞 by @innerdrop

Clarity isn't always the starting point. Sometimes It's the byproduct.

Try ➡️ learn ➡️ adjust➡️ try again.

That's why I care so much about purposeful action.

I work with women on the threshold of doing big things. 💥

When you want to do big things, really BIG things you need support.

There's lots that you're going to go through when you really push up against your edges.

✨ This Tarot spread gives you a little glimpse into some things that you're going to come up against when you do big things and some solutions to move through them.

I use the tarot to get underneath what you might not be seeing and to to move our conversations faster in our coaching sessions.

What could you do to do big things if you work on it for 40 days with me? 🚀 by @innerdrop

This is why I'm so interested in the women with the big ideas.

Not because the idea is necessarily the right one, but because the idea gives us somewhere to start asking better questions.

What would this require?
What am I willing to risk?
What would I have to change? Who would I become?

Let's find out!

➡️ what's the big idea you keep coming back to? Comment below by @innerdrop

Because the goal isn't to build a life that looks successful.

It's to build one that feels like yours.

That's when everything changes.

She made the decisions that made sense then.

She wanted what she wanted then.

She had different responsibilities.

Different fears.
Different information.
Different dreams.

But you love, are allowed to become someone new.

And when you do, some of the decisions, perfect sense before may need another look.

✨ That's not failure.
That's being alive.

What decision in your life deserves a fresh look? ⬇️

I didn't have a five-year plan.

I had a feeling that the life I'd built wasn't enough anymore.

So I did some things that looked pretty unhinged from the outside.

And somewhere along the way, I learned something I still use today:
If I don't know what to do, I'll figure it out.

That's self-trust.
And you build it by using it.

If you're at a point where you know something needs to change but don't know exactly how to make it happen,

We're often so focused on fixing the problem that we don't stop to ask what's underneath it.

✨ The story we keep telling ourselves.
✨The fear we haven't faced.
✨The desire we keep pushing aside.
✨The choices we've been making without really including ourselves.

That's where things can get interesting.

My 14-day Inner Drop workbook gives you space to explore those things through guided prompts and honest reflection.

Not to fix your entire life in 2 weeks BUT
to start seeing yourself and what's possible a little differently.
