Clearing out the heart, throat and crown chakras. Reiki energy healing with @diamondkittyof. thank you for selecting me for a session. 🙏😌💜 #reikihealing #energyhealing #1212portal #reiki #energy by @innergeticlighthealing

Healing heart chakra. I feel it’s very important to make a safe space for healing. A friend of mine came over that I haven’t seen for some years. Understanding the feeling of having to be strong to keep going forward in life is what we tend believe is the way be. But if we don’t give the time to be vulnerable and release what we try to suppress could also be very damaging within time. It’s is very important to take care of ourselves and heal. Release control and let emotions flow in order to heal. I also sensed her need of release of having to cry and I felt called to hold her in my arms. ✨ Ready to experience this type of healing for yourself? Send me a message to book your Reiki session and step into deeper alignment. 🙏 #reikihealing #holisticwellness #mindbodyandsoul #chakrabalancing #heartandthroatchakras #innerhealing #energyhealing #reiki by @innergeticlighthealing

Headaches, tension, brain fog, disconnection from self, and holding back emotions are all signs of blocked upper chakras.

When the Throat chakra is blocked, expression becomes difficult and truth stays unspoken.
When the Third Eye is blocked, inner vision is clouded and intuition is silenced.
When the Crown chakra is blocked, there’s no connection to Source only confusion and detachment.

Unblocking the upper chakras brings clarity, peace, and alignment. It opens space to receive guidance and speak without fear. To know without needing proof.
To trust what’s felt, not just what’s seen.

When the mind quiets and the truth flows freely, that’s when alignment begins. Virtual session for my best friend all the way from Michigan

I know it’s such a short notice but I would like to know who would be interested in receiving sound healing for this Friday just to relax and unwind. Donation based and also space is very limited. If so dm me. by @innergeticlighthealing

Working on her lower back because she was experiencing sciatic pain, while focusing on the mind-body connection and the lower chakras, which are energetically associated with grounding and unprocessed emotions.
Dm me if you are interested in getting a session.

Virtual session. Releasing stagnant energy.

#reikihealing #stagnantenergy #reiki #virtualenergyhealing by @innergeticlighthealing

There’s times my clients won’t move intensely , or cry and that is ok. That doesn’t mean the reiki healing isn’t working. There will always be other signs that I know it’s working.
My client came today to see if I could remove any stagnant energy. I decided to use the pendulum to do a chakra balance and came to find out that as I stopped moving my wrist above his heart chakra, the pendulum didn’t stop moving and that’s where I knew that I needed to focus on.

Virtual Reiki session. Clearing the crown chakra and third eye chakra. @solamentenat #reikihealing #virtualreikihealing #thirdeyechakra #crownchakrahealing by @innergeticlighthealing

Yesterday I got ready to go to the peyote ceremony. It was very beautiful and emotional. Visions I received while looking at the fire were the words of peace, love and gifts. I felt extreme activation on my third eye and like an energy ball between my hands. It was honestly amazing and I’m glad I listened to my spirit guides telling me that I needed to attend. Also thank you @heart_of_themountain for the beautiful ceremony. 🙏💜🥰😌 by @innergeticlighthealing

Sometimes the most powerful healing is having a space where you feel safe enough to let go, allowing yourself to be held and release what no longer serves you so you can feel peace again.

Life can become heavy, and sometimes we carry grief, stress, and emotions for far too long.

May we all give ourselves permission to release what we’ve been carrying and receive the peace our hearts need. If you are interested in a session, send me a dm. I would be honored to hold space for you.
