POSTS STORIES REELS

Sulphur is an element found throughout the natural world from volcanic landscapes, to hot springs and to the rocks right under our feet. 🌋

One of the most extensively represented remedies in the homeopathic materia medica. It refuses to stay small in the world or as a single rubric in the materia medica. Further irony is sulphur’s love to read and write!

Some Homeopaths may focus too much on sulphur as it often reps high and may use it in cases where it may not be fully warranted or miss it, think it always reps high, ignore it when the client’s sulphur energy is in plain sight.

Have you ever met a sulphur?

*write up is my own words/perceptions and inspired by @dr_yash_soni advanced polycrest course.

One of the most common energetic states in homeopathy that is sitting right in front of our noses on the kitchen table. 🧂

Have you ever felt this way?

*write up inspired by @dr_yash_soni as I watched his polycrest course.

THE HEALTH INDUSTRY IS TOXIC! ⚠️

I have many clients with anxiety and I don’t think any of them are on the same remedy because, they all experience anxiety differently. The event before the anxiety started also varies for each. It is not about their label to me. It is about their entire existence from birth (even before this) to now and what has happened in-between! Sometimes the mother is anxious when carrying the baby and that anxious energy is transferred to babe. If your anxiety started really young, it likely wasn’t yours…..

Or constantly researching for “the answer” or “an answer.”

Stop thinking about heavy metals, parasites, chemicals, cleansing, air quality, mold, ticks and whatever else you find yourself obsessing over.. it is not the reason. 🤭

Has my view of health ever changed. 👀

This was not me a year ago. The past few months have been quite the journey!!!

I used to think controlling external factors helped make us healthier until I came full circle and saw that healing is inside of us and has little to do with everything outside of us. Health is not about restriction, fear and control, it is actually the complete opposite. It is mostly about how we respond to life/our symptoms and how much we can relax alongside our own BUILT IN healing mechanisms and understanding the symptoms are needed to survive.

I know this post won’t be accepted by all but, one day you might know exactly what I am talking about! My DMs are always open to discuss my different views on health!

Our bodies deserve MORE CREDIT.
The “problem” is actually the symptom that is actually your body’s solution and healing response to a disturbance.

#innerlighthomeopathy #wecanheal #healyourself by @innerlight.homeopath

I challenge you for the next 48 hours to accept, allow and appreciate your symptom.

What would this look like?
- give your body permission to express the symptom
- pay attention to your inner dialogue and practice reframing (see yesterday’s post)
- repeat healing lines to override the inner critic
- tell the inner critic to stand down that is the one, the voice who likes to tell you all these mean things about your symptom
- write to your symptom even if it’s just a couple lines

Here we do not fear our body.
Here we believe healing is possible.
Here we bring back the power to our own body.

How wild is it to believe we have the power to heal?
Doesn’t that sound too good to be true?
Why haven’t we known this all along?

We don’t actually need much.

We just need to stop sounding the alarm constantly.
The alarm (the thoughts) are sabotaging our health by making our body follow this negative lead. Stop telling yourself you are sick, fat, unhealthy, stop allowing the mind and ego to control the script.

Option 1:
“I hate my rashes (insert your main symptom here). They are so ugly. They itch and won’t stop. I hate this. Why me? Why do I have to deal with this? It is so unfair. Food bothers me. Environments bother me. Everything affects me. I am stuck with this!”

OR

“I allow ____ (symptom). I know it is helping me. My body knows exactly what to do and how to resolve this. I am okay with it being here. Nothing outside of me is causing this. I just need to relax my mind and focus on living and allow my body to complete the healing cycle. I will not stand in the way and stress my body out more. I am stepping aside and allowing my body to complete the healing!”

#homeopathy #chronicsymptoms by @innerlight.homeopath

The constant narrative in your brain is preventing your body from doing its job. Healing is one thing your body is actually really good at. This also goes for your children’s symptoms and your animals symptoms.

ALLOW it.
ACCEPT it.
Give it permission to be there.
Thank it.
DO NOT RESIST.
Your body made the symptom to help you.
BE NICE 😂

But now you are bashing it daily and causing stress, a distraction and a space that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to heal! I did it once too. I am speaking from experience.

The body doesn’t make mistakes. Eczema isn’t a malfunction. It is a somatic solution to an emotional and spiritual imbalance. The skin is simply printing out what the soul is trying to process.

Stop fighting the symptoms and start listening to the messenger! And please don’t listen to people online who make it sound like there is something wrong with your body. It is not failing you. In fact, it is fighting for you every second.

I just finished my last case study follow-up. 30 of 30. What a ride it has been and what a beautiful way to end this experience.

Case 10: 35 year old female, main complaint of the skin especially the hands turning red, raw and deep itching. One of my hardest cases so far. We’d get some movement on remedies but, nothing was truly holding.

Last appointment she shared some stomach symptoms and a mental I couldn’t ignore, switched remedies and BOOM movement… continued movement.

Rashes less frequent, less intense. Mentals better. Overall, happier. It is always a good sign when you hear less from your client.

I will share more of my cases in the near future. But for now, thank you to each case study client and ALL of my clients outside of the academy for giving me a shot with their health and their story. Because of you, I learned in real life. There is no classroom to prepare you for that. I love that RMDY academy let us just dive in!

Here is to ending my portfolio with a challenging
but, successful case.

🦉✨

I found my dream. My calling. For those of you who have been along for the ride, you may remember the day before I started homeopathic school I had this crazy dream, but it was also a real life encounter with an owl outside my bedroom window.

Well, he was right.
I found “my thing” and
this is exactly what I am suppose to be doing. by @innerlight.homeopath
