If you've spent too much time feeling disconnected from your body, here's a small daily practice that will cultivate and nurture your connection to self little by little, day by day.

Most of us weren't taught how to listen to our body's cues and connect to our inner world, and some of us were conditioned to ignore our inner world in order to be more obedient and/or more "useful" to someone else.

Whatever the case, I hope this practice helps you open up that connection until you truly feel like you- everyday.

Comment "guidebook" for a link to grab my digital Somatic Awareness guidebook that takes you deeper into cultivating this connection through self-paced practice.

Or visit innerlightembodiment.com to book a 1:1 session with me.
