One thing I’ve learned about building a business is that the ideas you invest in today can shape the way you solve problems years down the road.

Long before I built Innovative Care, I was studying queuing theory: how to manage demand, improve efficiency, and design systems that work at scale. That research eventually influenced how we approached patient access, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I’ve always believed that innovation isn’t just about having a big idea. It’s about understanding the problem, rethinking the process, and building something that works better for the people who depend on it.

You can hear more about how I approached this in the very first episode of my podcast, “The Longevity Lounge.” Just follow the link in my bio!

The Innovative Care team didn’t just dress up themselves for Halloween, each clinic also decorated and designed their very own pumpkin.

Swipe through to meet this year’s contestants, then comment below and tell us which pumpkin deserves to take home the gourd!🏆

Halloween at Innovative Care means the costume competition is ON!

From clinic to clinic, our team showed up and showed out! But the real question is… which clinic do you think deserves The Golden Stethoscope for best costume?

Halloween is this weekend, so consider this your healthy reminder from your friendly neighborhood primary care team: GHOST YOUR EX. Forget them. Disappear. Block them on every platform.

But your healthcare? Do the OPPOSITE of ghosting. Keep those appointments, check in with your provider, and don’t leave your health hanging!

Somethings should stay in the past. Your health deserves all the good of the future.

Listen, we know your to-do list is 47 miles long, your calendar is booked until 2028, and somehow “schedule a checkup” has been sitting on that list since approximately 2019.

But consider this your friendly reminder that your health deserves some attention, too! You don’t have to wait until something feels wrong to see your primary care provider.

Annual physicals, routine checkups, and those little questions you keep Googling at 2 a.m. (please stop doing that) are all good reasons to make an appointment.

So take the hint. Your future self will thank you, and we promise our team is much friendlier than the person pushing you through the door.

Okay… so we may not do this.

BUT Innovative Primary Care does offer telehealth appointments! No stethoscope-to-iPhone required.

Whether you’re feeling under the weather, have a question for your provider, or need a follow-up, telehealth can be a convenient way to get the care you need without leaving home.

Real medical advice. Real providers. Just a little less commuting!

We may have taken that “No.” as a loose suggestion.

Anyway, here’s your OFFICIAL reminder: Flu shots are available at all Innovative Primary Care locations and Innovative Express Care. PLUS, if you’re an Innovative Vitality member, you can ask for one at your next appointment. We’ve got you covered!

Okay, primary care, urgent care, Vitality… I think that’s everyone. I’ve done my duty.

So whether you plan ahead or need care on the fly, book an appointment or simply walk right in. We’ve got you covered, weekends included!

Next stop: better access to healthcare.

From primary care to Express Care, Innovative Care has locations throughout Chicago to help make getting the care you need a little less of a trek across the city.

Think of this as your unofficial Innovative Care CTA map. No Ventra card required. 😉

Now, please stand clear of the closing doors.
