What whirlwind of three weekends. Hanging with my NY peeps @whitegurlbecks @mightykristy @sunshinespin and others Labor Day weekend to playing Best Man for my brother @griffinrandolph at his wedding weekend to @deni.parker and hanging with @big_kid_bam and seeing my sister @a.g.turley to going to Vermont with more non-blood fam @iamaspartanpodcast @michaelroberson09 and @ultra_pace. Totally worth the exhaustion. I miss them all already and look forward to seeing them again sooner than later. Can’t friggin’ wait. #greatfriendsgreattimes by @insanoducky

Great times with my peoples🙂🙂 just a smidge over a year apart🎉🎉 by @insanoducky

Race Report Hellgate 2024. I had one of the best training blocks preparing for this race. I wanted to go in and beat not only my time from last years Hellgate, but also my PR for 100k races which was at Grindstone last year at 14:45. I was super confident going into the race. I’ve had my battle with ankle sprains being a trail racer. Comes with the territory. Coming out of the water crossing 3 1/2 miles into the race, I stepped on a rock that ended up rolling out from under me, therefore making me roll my ankle over. Didn’t think much of it. Then the adrenaline wore off about halfway in. It was a long second half with some technical downhills really making for a difficult path. I always say I’m too stupid to stop and I will never quit. It may have not been the best idea, but I gritted it out for a lot longer than I anticipated being out there. My time was pretty much one hour slower than last year. I have my Western States qualifying race for 2026 out the way and it’s onto @worldsendultra the last of May. Shoutout to coach @ja_shua_ried you had me well prepared. A definite “what might have been” because I was locked in on this race. We will get the next one. @gingerinsano thanks for the lift to the start line. Always a great time seeing a bourbon brother and Team Insano stud. Time to recover and get ready for the next one💪 #hellgate100k #trailrunning #teaminsano by @insanoducky

New tradition being started for my love for good tequila. When recently coming across non-additive tequilas, I read about this one and was able to find a bottle. I got to say, this is top five I’ve had to date. So damn good🤤🤤 #tequilaocho #widowjane #tequila #bourbon #ducky by @insanoducky
