One of the biggest game changers...and so many people get it W R O N G!!

How often do you give your body a reset??? by @inspire.bewell

D I G E S T I O N is the answer!!

Your digestive order impacts:

🏃🏾‍♂️ your energy
💨 gas, belching, and indigestion
🫧 weight & water retention
🧠 brain and gut health

1st - VEGGIES

Fiber & Water here to help regulate digestive processes

2nd - PROTEIN + FAT

Chewing and taking your time to break down your food will minimize inflammation and backing up the guts

3rd - STARCHES & SUGARS

These are your carb sugars, like breads and grains. You'll want to avoid fruit sugars at the end of the meal to avoid fermentation and indigestion.

Did you know the order in which you eat has impact?? 👇🏾👇🏾

Happy 12th Birthday, sonshine ☀️

To know Josiah is such a gift. You are measures of love in its purest form and in this world that will try to dim yours, I know you’ll always let your light shine bright! The mantle on your shoulders is powerful & you will carry it well.

How we roll…

Where to stay: 🏡 a condo with a view

Fave location: 🏖️ Playa Herradura | Playa Bejuco | Guanacaste ~ anything on the coast, we’re beach babes

Adventures: 🧗🏽‍♀️ Manuel Antonio rainforest | zip line | Nauyaca waterfall

Food: 🫔🫓 Dine @ local sodas (think: neighborhood restaurant) and stop at a frutería 🍍🥭 (think: fruit stand on the side of the road) & grab coconut water, bottled water, and extra snacks from the market for adventures (most food is imported, so groceries are 💸)

How to get around: car service & uber - renting a car is cute, but how comfortable are you driving on rocks and up steep hills…?

*For the record, I fully support “leaving them kids at home”, too, but occasionally they’re invited 😉 by @inspire.bewell

Love that my littles still want to share traditions with me in their own love languages.

My vision was to create a community of women who would learn to prioritize themselves and live well and in that I ended up attracting a tribe of women who intentionally cultivate a life of thriving in abundance 👑 by @inspire.bewell

These children stay wanting a ride - no money, no actualized plans or direction, just vibes and BEGGGING! 🗣️
