Five years ago, I realised something had to change — not just my body, but the way I was living my life. Bariatric surgery was one part of that decision, but the true transformation came from rebuilding my relationship with myself and prioritising my wellbeing in every area of life. Over these 5 years, I’ve worked on: 🌿 Self-worth — learning that I am deserving of health, happiness, and balance. 🛑 Boundaries — protecting my time and energy so I can show up fully. 💤 Rest — prioritising quality sleep. 💧 Hydration — making the simple daily habits count. 🏃‍♀️ Movement — finding joy in moving my body every day. 🥗 Nutrition — shifting from quantity to quality food that nourishes me. 💊 Supplements — giving my body what it needs to thrive. 🙏 Gratitude — grounding myself in what truly matters. 💖 Putting myself first — not as a luxury, but as a necessity. Yes, I’ve lost 45kgs. But more importantly, I’ve gained health, confidence, energy, and the ability to live life in alignment with what matters most to me. It hasn’t always been easy — change rarely is. But by committing to myself, step by step, I’ve created a life that feels balanced, sustainable, and empowering. Today I celebrate 5 years of transformation, and I’m proud of the person I’ve become — inside and out. 💫 If you’re on your own journey, I hope this reminds you that change isn’t about one choice or one tool — it’s about consistently showing up for yourself, with compassion and belief, every single day. #Wellbeing #Transformation #HealthyHabits #SelfWorth #Gratitude by @inspirefirstloveyourself
🌿 Reminder: Your health is your foundation. Taking time out to focus on your own wellness isn’t selfish — it’s essential. Whether it’s a walk, a nourishing meal, or a moment of stillness… you deserve it. Make you a priority. 💚 #SelfCare #HealthIsWealth #WellnessJourney #YouMatter by @inspirefirstloveyourself

If you’ve been following along, you’ll know there’s been a lot going on behind the scenes lately. But through the chaos, something really exciting has come through: clarity, alignment, and a fresh energy for the work I’m so passionate about. As a certified Health and Wellness Coach, I support women through real, sustainable wellbeing transformations. That means more than just one-size-fits-all advice—it’s about digging into the whole picture: • Gut health • Energy and vitality • Emotional wellbeing • Hormonal balance • Sustainable weight loss • Daily habits and mindset shifts • And building confidence from the inside out Everything I do is grounded in supporting YOU to feel like yourself again—energised, empowered, and back in control of your health. So, after a lot of reflection, research, and conversations with people I trust… I’ve made a move that feels so right. I’m now officially a Brand Partner with Partner.Co —a global wellness company that aligns beautifully with everything I believe in. Their products are designed to support the body at a deep level—gut health, cellular renewal, immune strength, healthy weight management, and more. They're backed by science, and have a very robust 6 step product quality process. This isn’t a new direction for me—it’s an expansion of the work I’ve been doing all along. I’m still here, still coaching, still creating personalised programs and holding space for women to create lasting change. But now, I’ve got even more tools in my toolkit to support you in a truly holistic way. If you’re feeling stuck, tired, bloated, overwhelmed—or like you’re just not sure where to begin—I’m here. Let’s chat and explore what might be possible for you. by @inspirefirstloveyourself
