😱 Making changes to a completed sketch requires a careful and organized approach. I offer two rounds of revisions to ensure you can make necessary adjustments. Here’s how it works:

✅ 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
You can make changes within 10 days of receiving the completed sketch. Free revisions should not exceed 20% of the total scope and should not alter the overall look of the sketch. This includes:

• Removing or adding decorative elements;
• Adjusting dimensions;
• Modifying shades/colors;
• Adding textures.

✅ 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
When changes exceed 20% of the work scope, they are considered paid revisions. This includes:

• Replacing large furniture pieces that occupy a significant part of the sketch;
• Rearranging furniture;
• Making changes after 10 days from receiving the sketch.

Why Designers Choose Me

Because I know exactly what designers need:

— I work strictly according to the technical assignment
— I follow proportions, ergonomics, and capture the atmosphere
— Sketches are ready in 1–2 days
— I don’t do “something like this,” I create exactly what you imagined

My sketches aren’t just pretty images — they’re clear, precise, and effective for client presentations.
Designers appreciate my responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Want the same approach in your project? Send me a message — let’s talk.

“Is a sketch just an idea?”

No. My sketches preserve all technical parameters: dimensions, proportions, ergonomics, color, textures, and lighting. Everything is accurately built and calculated in ArchiCAD.
A sketch is not a “freehand mood drawing” — it’s a full-fledged visualization that conveys the essence of the project with precision.

Yes, sketches don’t show details like outlets, switches, or ventilation holes — because that’s not required at this stage. These are part of technical documentation, not conceptual visualization.

But everything related to visual presentation — mood, atmosphere, lighting, textures, and furniture — is shown with maximum accuracy.

So no, a sketch is not just an idea.
It’s a realistic and precise visual result that gives the designer a confident direction forward.

What if I told you that sketching is NOT just for artists?

📌 Architects create conceptual sketches of buildings.
📌 Interior designers visualize their ideas for clients.
📌 Landscape designers use sketches to develop outdoor spaces.
📌 Event planners draw schematic layouts for events.
📌 Marketers illustrate branding concepts.

🔥 A sketch is a tool, not just a rough draft!

It helps communicate ideas, approve projects, and quickly find solutions. Most importantly, it makes the workflow more efficient and faster.

💡 Think sketching is difficult?
In reality, it’s a universal tool that speeds up the design process.

📌 Imagine how your work would change if you started using sketches:
✅ Project approval takes 1-2 days instead of weeks of waiting for a render.
✅ Clients better understand the concept.
✅ You can quickly propose alternative options.

A sketch is NOT just a preliminary stage—it’s a full-fledged visualization!

How lighting transforms a space?
Day vs. Night view

🔹 Lighting completely changes the perception of a space. During the day, the interior looks fresh and natural, while at night, it becomes cozy and atmospheric.
🔹 A night view helps convey lighting scenarios: warm accents, soft shadows, reflections, and light effects.
🔹 Designers often request night versions of sketches to show clients how a project will look at different times of the day.

💡 🎁 BONUS: Get a free night view with your first order!

📩 DM me if you want to see your interior in both daylight and nighttime settings!

What is Included in a Technical Assignment for Sketch Visualization?

A technical assignment (TA) is the foundation of a high-quality and accurate visualization. The more detailed it is, the more realistic the final sketch will be. Let’s break down what should be included in a TA for different types of sketches:

⸻

🔹 Interior Sketch (apartments, houses, commercial spaces):
✅ Floor plan with dimensions and furniture layout.
✅ Materials and textures (flooring, walls, furniture, textiles, finishes).
✅ Description of the concept and atmosphere.
✅ References, mood boards, links, or example photos.

⸻

🔹 Architectural Sketch (building facades, cottages, public buildings):
✅ Drawings (plans, facades, and sections if available).
✅ 3D model (if available).
✅ Exterior materials, finishes, and textures.
✅ Site plan (if the sketch includes surrounding elements).
✅ Important architectural elements (terraces, balconies, canopies, entrance zones).
✅ Style references for the building.

⸻

🔹 Landscape Sketch (parks, gardens, residential outdoor areas):
✅ General site plan with dimensions.
✅ Zone descriptions (rest area, terrace, pool, water features).
✅ Plant selection, compositions, and key elements (pathways, lawns, flower beds, paving, lighting).
✅ Surface textures (grass, stone, paving, wood decking).
✅ Style references.

⸻

🔹 Event Sketch (weddings, stage design, exhibitions, event decorations):
✅ Layout plan with furniture, decor, and zoning.
✅ Decorative elements (floral arrangements, draping, lighting).
✅ Color palette and style (based on references).
✅ Photos or similar venue examples.
✅ Description of the atmosphere and key design details.

⸻

Why is a Technical Assignment Important?

A sketch is not just a drawing—it is a tool for communicating an idea. The more details provided in the TA, the faster and more accurately the visualization will be created, reducing the need for major revisions.

📩 If you want a precise sketch, providing all necessary information is key. Let’s discuss the details in Direct! by @interior_sketch_a

How a Sketch is Created? The Importance of a Technical Assignment

A sketch is not just a drawing—it’s a carefully crafted visualization. To ensure accuracy, every detail of the technical assignment is thoroughly analyzed before I start working.

🔹 1. Preparation: Studying the Technical Assignment
Before beginning the sketch, I carefully study the technical assignment, including:
✅ Layout and dimensions (blueprints, floor plans)
✅ Style and atmosphere (references, color schemes)
✅ Materials and furniture (descriptions, photos, specific models)
✅ Key client requirements

A sketch is not just copying—it’s a detailed process where all design elements are considered and aligned with the designer’s vision.

🔹 2. Choosing the Right Perspective
Before drawing, I create a white 3D model to agree on the best perspective. This helps avoid mistakes and presents the space from the optimal angle.

🔹 3. The Drawing Process
A sketch is built up in stages for greater depth and realism:
✔ Basic outlines and proportions
✔ Color schemes and textures
✔ Light, shadows, depth, and overall atmosphere

Each element is carefully rendered by hand, following the technical assignment to ensure maximum accuracy and realism.

🔹 4. Final Delivery
After approval, the client receives a high-resolution sketch. If any adjustments are needed, they are made within the agreed scope.

📍 A sketch is a powerful tool that brings design concepts to life, delivering detail and depth comparable to 3D visualization.

What is Sketch Visualization? Explained Simply

How do you imagine a sketch?
📩 Vote in the poll!

In the past, a sketch was just a quick drawing – a rough concept to capture an initial idea. But over time, a new approach emerged – sketch visualization (or sketch rendering), which is no longer just a concept but a complete visualization of a project.

📌 What is Sketch Rendering?
It is a hand-drawn visualization, created in an artistic style but with precise proportions, details, and perspective. A sketch like this conveys not only shapes but also volume, light, shadows, textures, materials, and atmosphere.

🔹 Liveliness and uniqueness – each sketch maintains an artistic touch while being highly detailed.
🔹 Maximum clarity – all project elements are accurately represented, just like in technical drawings.
🔹 Material and texture representation – wood, marble, glass, textiles – all can be expressed in a sketch.
🔹 Emotional impact – the feeling of space, lighting, and ambiance is conveyed not just through details but also through artistic techniques.

📍 Sketch rendering is not just an illustration; it’s a tool that helps clients instantly envision their project.

💬 What do you think about this type of visualization? Have you heard of sketch rendering before? Drop a comment below, and we’ll discuss the poll results in the next post! by @interior_sketch_a
