You create inner states as living masterpieces.

The work is the state itself. You can shape its material in many ways, guided by your artistic intention, and enjoy and admire your own creation. by @internalart.uk

Give this moment a shape. Become an author of your state. by @internalart.uk

session is never predictable, and that is part of its beauty. Sometimes you cry inside, sometimes you laugh. At other times, a spark of insight appears like a sudden click in the mind. And sometimes, nothing seems to happen at all—yet afterwards, something shifts quietly but powerfully in life.

When I am asked, “What have you created in your life through these sessions?” my honest answer is that I feel excited and happy each time. I can not claim pride in the results, even though they are real and visible, because the focus is not on achievement or proving something. Rather, it is about being sincerely present in the process itself. Every session feels like a living journey, and in this journey, I feel whole.

The changes are subtle yet profound. They weave into “life and ways of life,” touching mood, health, energy, and overall well-being. Sometimes, it feels like a soft rebalancing, at other times like a deep awakening. But always, the experience reminds me that transformation does not have to be loud or dramatic—it can be gentle, gradual, and still incredibly meaningful.

It is not simply about resolving issues or reaching goals. It is about being authentically involved, opening space for the body and mind to reconnect, and allowing life itself to flow more freely. That is why, after each session, I walk away feeling lighter, more integrated, and more connected to myself.

Welcome ❤️🤗🙌 by @internalart.uk

An eventful evening - the opening of the Aston Center for Growth Enterprise Hub (Aston University Enterprise Development Center) in the beautiful new space of John Cadbury House.
Lots of amazing chatter and noise 😉💃❤️‍🔥.

The owner of a multi-million business, philanthropist, Sunny Araf in conversation
with the great professor Mark Hart, whose mission is to understand the driving forces of small business growth. A recipient of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion, he has played a national role in promoting enterprise skills and supporting entrepreneurs as well as advising government on small business and entrepreneurship issues.

The chat looked like two polarities moving towards the same goal. It was incredibly interesting for me to observe completely different energies from the interlocutors:
Sunny as an active exuberant maximalist, quick to take and give, 🔥
Professor Hart gently receives, carefully processes and collects, stores to share.💓

As a kinesiologist I presented the "5CH fingers model” ✋ not just to hear, but to get us a perception what happens when "the life plans fly into the abyss". by @internalart.uk

A few magical and useful hours of communication, information and, of course, balances for Ukrainians and Britains 🙌🏻 at the Ukrainians in the West Midlands Celebration.
You can’t imagine, how interesting, different and amazing people were there. From my mini-sessions I’ve got a dozen of new stories, each of them is a plot for movies and novels. Community is amazing ❤️‍🔥, which means it was accumulated by such organisers.
Thank you!
