Let's talk about sugar .. we get asked a lot if there's a lot of sugar in juices so to be clear .. refined processed sugar is toxic and bad for you ..sugar in whole fruit and vegetables is vital for body function, is not bad for you and is considered a healthy part of the diet because it is packaged with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The main concern is added sugars from processed foods and drinks, which lack these nutrients and can negatively affect health ... a 3-5 day juice cleanse will detox , cleanse and reset your system and help with weightloss .. this is not a hobby .. 17 years ago we helped pioneer the raw , organic and cold press juice movement 😜🙏❤️ we grow it and we juice it ! @intherawjuice @intherawfarm by @markbaker_skater
