They told me to do it differently Sell every area. Chase the hype. Push whatever project pays the most I went the other way. I chose one district, the Dubai International Financial Centre, and I went all in I know the people who planned it. I know what’s being built and why. And I’d rather understand what you actually need than sell you something that doesn’t fit It’s niche, and that’s exactly why I picked it Do I ONLY set DIFC? No The priority is understanding the requirements of my clients Follow along for the ride 🚀 by @investwithemilie
The Dubai Financial Centre is changing It is not just a business district anymore, it’s now building residential homes. With the vision of turning it into a community 50,000+ people work in DIFC Only 2,000 homes That’s 25 people for every home Bank, finance and law tenants Scarce location The people are there. The homes are not Launching soon. Comment DIFC to get the guide or directly inquire +971551598440 by @investwithemilie

We have a lot more coming and I’m super excited out my partnership with DIFC @difc And we are expanding! The difc officially announced their expansion into the Zabeel district on the 27th January 2026 Follow for more tips and insights about difc and their new masterplan. Everything about the vision, upcoming projects and lifestyle will be shared so stay tuned by @investwithemilie
DIFC already has 10,018 active companies, including JP Morgan, Julius Baer and Citadel Zabeel District is growing that same business district and adding homes to it So before you look at any property there, look at who works next door. Thats your future tenant If we haven’t met yet, hi, I’m Emilie Rose. I advise investors on AED 5-15M+ acquisitions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi I have made a DIFC guide that explains in detail what investors need to know about the expansion by @investwithemilie
The most interesting thing about DIFC isn’t the offices It’s that there aren’t enough homes for everyone who works in the district 50,000+ working professionals Only around 2,000 homes within DIFC So where do they live? And the second question is, would you want to own an asset where there are more people wanting homes than there are homes available? Episode 1 of Emilie in DIFC I break down what’s happening inside DIFC and why the expansion matters Comment DIFC if you want the Zabeel masterplan, timeline and details by @investwithemilie
Palm Jumeirah or DIFC? Two very different types of property investments Palm is built around luxury, waterfront living and global prestige DIFC is built around business, finance and the people who drive Dubai’s economy One sells a lifestyle. The other sits in the centre of a growing financial district As an investor myself, I would rather buy an asset that has the potential to grow in value and target an area where people need to be It comes down to what you’re buying, what you’re paying and what you expect from the asset If we haven’t met yet, hi I’m Emilie I advise international investors across Dubai and Abu Dubai real estate by @investwithemilie
EPISODE 3 is live on YouTube!🚀 Sharing this episode with a very special guest Christian El Khoury who’s the general manager of The Ritz-Carlton DIFC If you want to know the secrets of The Ritz Carlton DIFC go check it out at Invest With Emilie by @investwithemilie
DIFC has its own laws, its own courts in English and its own regulator That is why the big banks and law firms trust it with their money The people who work for those firms need somewhere to live close by, and DIFC is now building homes in the district for them For an investor that means renting to professionals on a steady salary If we haven’t met yet, hi, I’m Emilie Rose. I advise investors on AED 5-15M+ acquisitions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi I have made a DIFC guide that explains in detail what investors need to know about the expansion by @investwithemilie
One of my favorite episodes yet…. Sneak peak to episode 3 launching tomorrow🚀 And yes, that is Christian El Khoury the general manager of The Ritz-Carlton DIFC Stay tuned at Invest With Emilie on YouTube!! by @investwithemilie
Since July the DIFC opened prescribed companies (SPV) to any investor The same financial centre where BlackRock, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, UBS and Julius Baer all have a base Everybody asks me for a foundation because they heard the word somewhere. Most of them need the SPV Two properties and you want them separated, take the prescribed company (SPV). Heirs or a partner in the mix, take the foundation. Both are right, just for different people If we haven’t met yet, hi, I’m Emilie Rose. I advise high-net-worth investors and family offices on AED 10M+ acquisitions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi by @investwithemilie
Christie’s, Zuma and JP Morgan are all in the same postcode, and most people outside Dubai have no idea what is actually inside the DIFC, Dubai International Financial Centre It is made of layers Gate District is the original financial heart, the Gate, the Marble Walk, the banks and the law firms Gate Village is where the art and the restaurants are, Zuma, LPM, Roberto’s, Opera Gallery, Tabari Artspace and Christie’s Gate Avenue is the pedestrian spine with over 200 dining, retail, fashion and wellness places The business core is ICD Brookfield Place, Index Tower, Emirates Financial Towers, Central Park Towers and Burj Daman, and JP Morgan, UBS, BlackRock, EY and Deloitte all sit in that ecosystem. The Innovation Hub has over 1,670 innovation and technology firms Around it you have the Dubai World Trade Centre, One Central, Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future And the Zabeel District is coming. AED 100 billion, 17.7 million square feet of floor space on 7.1 million square feet of land, with room for 42,000 companies, 125,000 people working and over 4,000 homes Two things to check. The Zabeel District is not built, first tenants are expected in 2030 and it runs through to 2040. And it is an office district first, so it is busy through the week and quieter at the weekend If we haven’t met yet, hi, I’m Emilie Rose. I advise investors on AED 5-15M+ acquisitions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi Comment the word DIFC and I’ll send you my free DIFC guide by @investwithemilie
Every purchase I advise on, I treat as if I’m buying it myself. That means taking responsibility for the decision and not just the transaction Such a great episode with Chris @offplanmandxb in DIFC Full episode you can find on YouTube at Invest with Emilie Episode 3 is coming out soon with an even more special guest… can’t wait to release what we have coming! #hotels ….. 🎉🚀🤍 by @investwithemilie
