This is your moment, your year of triumph. 😤

In the upcoming months, you will rise above every challenge that crosses your path. You are on an unwavering journey toward greatness.

Sure, there may be moments when life knocks you down, but now, you possess the knowledge to rise stronger than ever. You understand the indomitable strength residing within you. You know exactly what to do.

Let’s kick off this year with unyielding strength by reconnecting with the most authentic version of yourself.

In Your Corner aims to empower combat sports athletes and their families. Our purpose is to rally around them, offering the guidance and resources they need to Fight Like Hell and win The Mental Fight. With us in their corner, athletes can face any opponent, both in the ring and in their inner battles, knowing they are never alone.

Together, we inspire hope, build resilience, and support each other on the path to victory inside and outside the ring.

➡️ Our dreams are colossal, and our plans are ambitious in making a meaningful impact on this world. If you share our passion for supporting individuals in their mental health journey and providing resources for their well-being, we graciously welcome your contributions at iycorner.org/donate/.

At our gym, we always say we’re more than just teammates—we’re family. On the mats, it doesn’t matter what your background is, what you believe, or what you’re going through. We show up for each other, push each other, and most importantly, we’re there for one another through the hard times too.

I’ve personally gone through tough seasons where my mental health wasn’t in a good place, and I know how important it is to have people you can lean on. Recently, our gym community has felt the impact of losing someone we cared about, and it’s a reminder that these conversations matter. No one should ever feel like they have to struggle alone.

If you’re going through something, please reach out—to me, to a teammate, to anyone you trust. You are never a burden. And there are incredible organizations like In Your Corner dedicated to supporting the combat sports community and providing mental health resources when they’re needed most.

I want everyone who walks into our gym to know: your fight is our fight. And if you’d like to help make sure others in our sport have the support they need, you can donate directly to In Your Corner and be part of that mission. @inyourcornerinc

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Let’s keep taking care of each other, on and off the mats. 💙 by @inyourcornerinc

Why I created @inyourcornerinc 💚

We are fundraising this month for Suicide Prevention Month. Everyone asks what they can do to help, here it is! We are raising money to continue to provide therapy and resources to fighters that reach out. We have all have our moments of darkness, it takes courage and strength to ask for help during that time. We hope to provide the resources needed to help you STAY 💚.

Please donate today! Any amount helps!

It is the last full week of Suicide Awareness Month 💜💚. As part of raising awareness, we are fundraising. We hope to be able to raise enough money to continue providing resources to fighters and add more to our community.

Now more than ever, people need to decide to fight for themselves, choose to heal, choose to STAY 💚

Any amount helps!! We appreciate the continued support.
