🌊 I do not know if my love for the sea and my obsession with blue are totally random or in any way correlated. I am sure though that Earth is on my favourite color spectrum | some highlights from Corfu

Captured this photo in Vouliagmeni, Greece five years ago. I kept waiting for the right moment to share it, but sometimes the perfect time is simply now.

Unmatched excitement because this weekend at Salou 🛩️ Festa al Cel is bringing the skies to life - if you’re anywhere near Barcelona and into aviation, this is the one!!!

Watching planes do what they do best never gets old! 🚀

And there are two days to crack our necks staring at the sky!!

See you there!!

Strolling around Milano:

I discovered the best bakery I have ever found. So good to the point where I had to have tiramisu for breakfast so that I can get a piece of it 🥰

Tried this Italian Champion Pizza. The mix of sweet and spicy 🤯

In a week in Milano I have seen more expensive cars than during the whole span of my life so far

The windows of the fashion stories…a work of art

There are no boring umbrellas in Milano

They know you are not italian when you start adding milk to your coffee…prepare to be judged

Every street and every human smells like perfume

Milano - a delight and a beautiful surprise. Do not listen to “there is nothing but the Dome in Milano” by @ioana.stroinea

Good coffee, city walks, and a workout at the end of the day. The older I get, the more I appreciate having both excitement and routine in the same life. by @ioana.stroinea

🐬 Moments from a liveaboard with @odicean__ in the Red Sea.

I had been following Odicean for over a year, quietly thinking about joining one day. Then, almost without planning, I sent a simple WhatsApp message to ask for details… and that was enough.

The days unfolded intensely — up to four dives, including a night dive. My body wasn’t used to that rhythm. In the last two days, I stopped diving. My ears were inflamed, I couldn’t equalize, and for the first time I understood where my limit was. So I let go of diving and stayed with everything else.

There is a lot to notice on a liveaboard, even from the surface: the energy of people returning from a dive, the stillness of the desert mountains against the blue, long moments in the sun, the quiet of open water at night, stars far from everything. Coffee in the morning, warm light, sea breeze, a book in hand.

I joined with only a few fun dives behind me. My intention was to get my Advanced and Nitrox certifications, and it happened in a very natural way. You don’t really feel like you’re taking a course — you just dive, learn along the way, share the experience with calm and supportive instructors and people who love the sea. And at some point, the certification is simply there.

If you’re thinking about doing a liveaboard with Odicean, you can just go. Sometimes things don’t need much more than that. by @ioana.stroinea

Rest weekend mode on:
• Slow walks + coffee on the streets of Sarrià
• Gym time after a busy autumn cheating on my consistency
• Trying some handstands again as I got more free time on my hands
• Plus some progress after a few weeks in the gym 2/3 times per week
