Two years ago I had the pleasure of performing and recording at @mazkeka_studios in Jerusalem, as part of a residency with my friends Mayu Shviro and @nur.b.goren.
We are releasing a song tomorrow, and I am so excited to share it with you. In the meantime, here is “Sugar Baby”, a taste of the unforgettable time we had together. ❤️ by @ira.makes.music

We are so happy to share Drunkard’s Lone Child, out of our upcoming album Say Darling Say on Nine Athens Music. Full HD video up on YouTube, link in my bio.
And, if you enjoy what you’re seeing and hearing, join us for our pre-release party at the Burren on Sunday, Feb. 4th! by @ira.makes.music

Playing at the @gardnermuseum was a dream, and the best way to transition from summer to fall.

Thank you so much @mammazappa @reginagallardo and the entire team for a wonderful program. It was a joy and honour to work with you.

Thank you @beckybehar for always believing in my work and collaborating. Can’t wait for more!

And to all the dear friends who showed up - you warmed my heart. Thank you! 🌷 by @ira.makes.music

I can't think of a better way to end the summer than spending an evening at the @gardnermuseum! So excited for this Thursday—a night of art, music, and conversation.
Hang out in the courtyard and listen to the talented @ira.makes.music, attend a talk about the current exhibition, The Book of Esther in the Age of Rembrandt, or join me in the Studio for some art making and a pop-up exhibition!
Thank you to @reginagallardo for thinking of me to be the Polly Thayer Starr Studio Artist, and for all your help, alongside @g.currie.art, in creating the Community Scroll. Pictures coming soon, in the meantime, come add your voice and be part of its transformation!

Dreams do come true, and on Thursday I will have the joy of performing at my favourite museum, Boston’s @gardnermuseum as part of Meeting Esther: A Cross-Cultural Night of Art and Music. My dear friend, the wonderful artist @beckybehar will also be there, facilitating the creation of a beautiful community scroll project.

Sets at 5:30 and 7, free entrance as part of First Thursdays (ticket registration in the museum’s website required).

Thank you so much for your support, @reginagallardo
