day 6! had to take a day off bc I remembered I am a student and was stuck working an assignment for 10 hours straight, BUT I’M BACK WITH ANOTHER VID featuring my 2nd favorite tyla song 🤗 the way my south african sister slid on this track needs to be studied, so you know I had to put my own spin on it. also, let’s bring back macbook videos I think those need to make a comeback bc this was toooooo fun to make!!

enjoy :)

folded by @kehlani is truly one of my favorite songs from this past year. I made a mini cover of it a few months ago, but decided to go back and fill it out with some BGVS.

can you tell I used to do a cappella 😭

first week of fitsssssss (for work hehe)

I’m usually someone who doesn’t put effort into looking good unless I have somewhere to important to go, so it’s been nice getting out of that mindset and physically out of my house! my office is pretty casual, but I’m determined to wear something cute as often as I can, especially since I basically bought a whole new wardrobe lmao 😭 what do we think!! and where do y’all get your work clothes from?? #officejob #workinggirl #workoutfits by @ire__ola

$first official day of work make some noise!!!!!!!!! woke up bright and early to film and take my time getting ready bc I really wanted to rush and end up frazzled or late 😭 I would say sorry for all the singing but there’s actually more where that came from so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I am so full of gratitude to God and joy and excitement at this new challenge and opportunity and I can’t wait to show y’all more as we go!!! wooooooooooooo!!! I’m actually in my #workinggirlera ahsjsjsj ok bye!!! grwm details in the comments ✨ by @ire__ola$

needed two months to get used to being a #workinggirl but we’re back babyyyyyyy 🤪

every time I begin something new, I’ve always found it helpful and necessary to start clean and fresh! I use the opportunity to do a deep clean of my spaces and get organized for the journey ahead, and my first day of work was no different. it was a several hour endeavor but it was worth it to go into work the next day refreshed and ready 🥹 although I don’t think I slept the night before lmfao the adrenaline was highhhh

welcome to the working girl era 🕴🏾 by @ire__ola

I’M NOT MOVING TO NIGERIAAAAAAA!!! 😭😭😭😭

no but mannn it’s been a long fight I can’t even lie. being functionally unemployed (small part-time roles and contract here and there to make ends meet aside) for the past 4 years has been crazy asf. moving back to texas against my will has been crazy asf. getting a masters’ degree in an attempt to pivot for a THIRD time was crazy asf. so many emails, so many referrals, so many rejections, so many nights spent wondering what the hell is the point and when do things get better…all leading to this moment. I got a job in a field I love (if you told me 8 years ago I’d be working in tech and liking it I would’ve called you a bad name 😭) doing work I care about with an amazing team. I have a salary now! And benefits!! and a reason to leave my house before noon!! thank you God, thank you everyone who was there during this journey, and thank you to myself for making it out alive!! I am so so so grateful, and I’m excited to see what’s next!! by @ire__ola

tried (my best 😭) to recreate the pink and green look @tinyglamz did on me a few weeks! had to put my own spin on it using @juviasplace @anastasiabeverlyhills @makeuprevolution how did I do? would you try this look? lmk 🤭

$never met a wall I didn’t like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ loved being outside with my girl Cayla at CLRS for Memorial Day weekend 👯🏾‍♀️ #dallascreator #dfwcreator #explore #truecolors by @ire__ola$

sunday funday am I right? living at home is ok but being a home body is not so we are outside babyyy. and I don’t just mean parties or things like that I dead just want to be doing *stuff* part of increasing your surface area for luck (or however they say it) is getting out of your comfort zone and getting out in the community and being where things are happening so that’s what I’m trying to do :) the life I want is not going to meet me at home so. outside we go!!

started feeling self-conscious about my voice which means it’s time for intense exposure therapy aka, singing on the internet again 😭 so here we go guys

been obsessed with this song since I heard it for the first time (on glee I’m sure), and @jazminesullivan is simply one of the greatest singers EVER. my voice is super raspy atm, but I did my best hello??

ok byeeeee
