14 years apart.
People always ask me what do I do?
The truth?
Not much.

I didn’t find a secret workout.
I didn’t jump from program to program.
I didn’t chase every new fitness trend.

I just kept doing the basics… over and over again.

✔️ Strength training.
✔️ Heavy leg days.
✔️ Progressive overload.
✔️ Prioritizing protein.
✔️ Showing up, even when I didn’t feel like it.

The biggest difference between these two photos isn’t a workout.

It’s consistency and Discipline ✨😏 Try it! #Fitness #PersonalTrainer #Miamilakes #transformation by @ironbabefitness
