The GENESIS design brings explosive colour, electric blue detailing and fierce red-orange flashes against a deep black backdrop. A design that demands attention and brings serious stage presence. 🦅🔥

These was all the looks that we brought this season.
From the last show until my first timers back in may.

6 shows altogether, results bellow.

X4 🥇
X2 overall ⚔️
X1🥉 pro qualifier PCA UNIVERSE
X1 🥈 Pro qualifier PCA BRITISH FINALS 🇬🇧

So close from getting my pro card. But if I didn’t get it that means I’m not ready yet and still need to make improvements. So now back to off season, get better and we try again next year 🫡

Ora si entra in Off, come disse Faoro "siamo solo all'antipasto".

His first time ever on stage. Straight into the deep end as there was no first-timers/novice class available that day

Some people are made for this and Krissy is one of them

He dominated his class of 10 just like I knew he would, narrowly missing out on the overall

I always get very heavily invested in my clients journeys to stage like any passionate coach would, but this 1 was extra special to me

Krissy has been one of the closest people in my life for the past 20 years, and we started this journey together around a year ago when he told me he wanted to compete as a natural bodybuilder and NEVER do mens physique 😂

Since then he has put in the work, and has probably added a good 5-6lbs of pure muscle tissue to his physique over the past 12 months

The best thing is, we never planned on doing this show - and he never wanted to do mens physique, but sometimes the stars align 😂 he got an just email a few days ago from PCA saying that some spaces had opened up for the Naturals 5 PCA show in telford. So he booked it, jumped in his camper van on friday, stayed in a car park over night and went straight in at the deep end into the mens physique class 😂😂😂

If you know Krissy, this sums him up to a tee

1 more show then we finish the season, already on a high from the progress he has made, the condition he got in for this show, and the win 🏆🥇🎯
