Sometimes you have to stop and look back to appreciate how far you’ve come. I think back to when ISC was just a rag-tag group training out of the Boys & Girls Club of Nashua. We’d train in the outfield of baseball fields because that’s the space we had. We’d carry goals, set up cones, and simply make it work. I would run around the building, yell across rooms, and tell kids it’s time for practice. lol for those who worked at the BGCN, you know what I mean haha. We didn’t have the nicest facilities or endless resources. What we had was a belief. A belief that every child deserves access to high-quality coaching and meaningful competition, regardless of their family’s financial situation. That belief became International Soccer Club. Today, one of our teams is preparing to represent New Hampshire at the US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup National Championships. That isn’t an accident. It’s the result of incredible coaches, managers, and staff who pour countless hours into developing young people—not because they’re chasing recognition, but because they believe in our mission. People often ask why I dedicate so much of my life to ISC. The truth is, it’s more than something I love. It’s like breathing. Because this has never really been about soccer. It’s about creating opportunities. It’s about showing kids that where they start doesn’t determine where they can finish. From the outfield of baseball fields...to the National Championships. We’re proof that when people believe in a mission, work relentlessly, and refuse to compromise their values, incredible things can happen. And somehow, I still believe we’re just getting started. 💙⚽ I want to thank the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Nashua for where it all began, shout out to Kurt Norris, Rivier University for your years of hospitality, all of our Coaches who make life so much easier, team managers who hold it together, the players for being my WHY, the parents for your trust, our sponsors for your collaboration. A FREE NIGHT OF SOCCER, FUTSAL & COMMUNITY! 💙 International Soccer Club is incredibly excited to partner with the YMCA of Greater Nashua for a special FREE World Cup Futsal Tournament & Soccer Clinic as part of the Y’s Welcoming Week! We’re especially proud to collaborate with an organization as respected as the YMCA—an organization that, like ISC, believes in the power of community, inclusion, opportunity, and bringing people together. That’s really what this night is all about. ❤️ Soccer has an incredible ability to bring together people from different neighborhoods, schools, cultures and backgrounds. When local organizations work together and combine their resources, relationships and passion for the community, we can create experiences for kids and families that are bigger than anything we could create alone. 📅 Friday, September 18 📍 Westwood Park Y – Nashua ⚽ FREE Soccer Clinic | Grades 1–2 ⏰ 5:30–6:30 PM 🏆 FREE World Cup Futsal Tournament | Grades 3–8 🌎 Teams will represent countries from around the world! 🥇 Winning players will receive championship medals AND gift certificates to OakCraft Pizza! 🍕 ⏰ Check-in: 5:00 PM | First games: 5:30 PM And most importantly—everything is FREE. ⚽ LITTLE PROS IS BACK — AND WE’RE STILL TAKING SIGN-UPS! Our Little Pro Soccer Academy kicks off soon, and there’s still time to get your Little Pro registered! ⚽💙 And this fall, our Little Pros are getting a brand-new shirt design! 👀🔥 The back of this year’s shirt represents something that has always been at the heart of our program: soccer can teach lessons that go far beyond the field. Two of the quotes featured on the shirt come from Manoel Barbosa, and they’ve been part of the philosophy behind how we teach the game: ⚽ “If you give a good pass, you’ll receive a good pass.” It’s about more than soccer. Treat people the way you want to be treated. What you give to others has a way of coming back to you. ⚽ “One step, one touch. One step, one touch.” A simple lesson about controlling the ball — but also about self-control. If you can learn to control yourself, you can learn to control the ball. That’s what Little Pros is all about. For many kids, this is the very beginning of their soccer journey, and we want that beginning to be about more than drills and games. We want them to play, learn, grow, make friends, build confidence, and fall in love with the game. 💙⚽ 📅 Sundays: 9/13–10/25 📍 Main Dunstable Elementary School — Nashua, NH 👦👧 Ages 3–7 💲 $90 for the 6-week session Registration is still open — come join the Little Pro family! Link is in our bio or register here; https://system.gotsport.com/programs/37970P555?reg_role=player PLAY. LEARN. GROW. Because this is where your story begins. ⚽💙 #LittlePros #InternationalSoccerClub #ISCNashua #YouthSoccer #nashuanh by @iscnashua
