🍂 As we closed October out with a killer Havoc week, we may be heading into November a little more sore than usual, but we’re also going in with FULL hearts and so much gratitude. 🫶 When we look at how far ISI Elite Training of Concord has come, we can’t help but feel proud of what we’ve built together. The growth, the hard work, the new faces, the familiar faces, and the community that continues to show up for one another — THAT is what it’s all about! 💗 PINK FRIDAYS AT ISI CONCORD! 💗 Every Friday in October, we wore pink for a reason bigger than fitness. We wore it to raise awareness for breast cancer, honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, and remember the loved ones we’ve lost. 🎀 We stand together in and out of the gym because community is about showing up for each other — and this is one more way we can make a difference. 💕 Wear pink.
