The kind of getaway that becomes a home 🌞

Long before Islander Resort opened its doors in 1951, its shores were part of Islamorada’s storied fishing heritage. What began as a retreat for those drawn to the waters of the Florida Keys became a family-focused escape, built on the simple pleasures of life by the sea.

Over the decades, Islander has evolved alongside the Keys, carrying forward its laid-back spirit and connection to the surrounding community.

Today, Islander remains a place where memories are made, and generations find their way back. As we celebrate 75 years, we’re grateful to everyone who has made Islander part of their story 🌴 by @islanderresort
