I got kinda emotional here. Please don't mind it whatsoever. Was incredible to see Project Hail Mary again. Also glad to have that amazing film reel!! Please go see this movie if you haven't. 100% worth it! by @it.is.i.owen
I can't even put into words just how amazing this movie was... I 1. Haven't been this excited for a movie since Spider-Man No Way Home in 2021 and 2. Haven't been in a theater that was completely full since the same movie. Seeing it in IMAX was definitely the best decision I've made for watching a movie ever. Lord and Miller (Directors/The Lego Movie, 21 Jump Street and Spider-Verse) did an amazing job with how they went about directing this quite perfect adaptation of the book. Ryan Gosling was born to play Ryland Grace. He just matches that energy! I have so many words for Rocky that I'm gonna sum up into AMAZE AMAZE AMAZE!! With 2 thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻. Grieg Fraser (cinematographer/Star Wars: Rogue One, The Batman and Dune) did some absolutely brilliant things with those cameras. Every scene just looked perfect! I can only say wonderful things about this film and will definitely be seeing it again a few more times!! Remember y'all, believe in the Hail Mary!!! #projecthailmary by @it.is.i.owen
I think Rocky (Project Hail Mary) would agree that is tattoo is "AMAZE AMAZE AMAZE" So if you can't tell I may or may not be excited for Project Hail Mary in a couple days. So much so that I got a new tattoo of Rocky's famous Amaze Amaze Amaze quote (it was that or Fist My Bump and after very heavy consideration (and a text from @claraa.bearaa telling me to make it a tramp stamp 🤦‍♂️) I think I made the right decision! I also need to give a huge thanks to @inkbybugs at @inklifedfw for scheduling me, taking all my crazy requests and then doing the actual tattoo! She did an amazing job!! by @it.is.i.owen
And on this day. I loaded up my shit, and started the 3 day trek to the next chapter of my life. I said my goodbyes to ex-coworkers and friends and said the hardest goodbyes of all. Not to an ex partner or best friend but to my mother, sister and dog. The ones who have been there for me most in my greatest times, to celebrate with me. And the hardest times, to try and pick me back up, over the last couple of years. The pain I feel is unimaginable to what I've felt before. To everyone in Washington who still knows and cares about me, thank you, it means the world to me. I will visit as much as I can. And to my Mom and sister (and Ranger (the dog)), if you are reading this, I love you guys so very much!! More than you will ever know!! ❤️ Time for a new chapter of my life. by @it.is.i.owen
Welp I finally did it! I got my first Tattoo yesterday!! I am so in love with it! And yes, of course, it is Spider-Man. But it means so much more than that to me for so many reasons outside of just being Spider-Man (which I won't get into). Thank you to @justin_ferreira_tattoo at @thorshammerandneedletattoo for getting me in and doing such an amazing job!!! Will be something I cherish forever!! (Last slide is the image I got. Been wanting it sense January 2022) by @it.is.i.owen
Forgot to post this on Thursday but took @joseph.klett to go see Star Wars Ep. III Revenge of the Sith!! It was his first time watching it and safe to say he loved it! However being able to see it in theaters for the first time ever was an amazing experience and I was full of so many emotions while watching it. Especially hoping for the out come that Anakin doesn't turn to the dark side. (I also just love this picture!) by @it.is.i.owen
Saw A Minecraft Movie tonight in 3D (that's why it's all blurry sorry). Had so much fun quoting all the memes throughout with my sister and friend. The entire theater seemed to get in on the memes too. Great movie. High-key 10/10. Movie was so funny and soooooooo much better than I thought it would be. Also got the Pink Sheep popcorn bucket!! I highly recommend everyone see the is movie. Such a breath of fresh air compared to everything we have seen in the last couple of years. And if you're a big fan of Minecraft, lookout for all the fun Easter eggs and cameos!! by @it.is.i.owen
So of course I saw the movie today! And yes I’m going to post about it cuz why not. All I’ve gotta say is this movie was amazing!!!! I took my sister to see it and she loved it too. The jokes were funny, the acting was great, and the cameos and surprises!!!! There were so many I didn’t know about!! I won’t spoil anything so go and see it for yourself if you love Deadpool and wanna see Hugh Jackman back as Wolverine in the comic accurate suit!! by @it.is.i.owen
