Dit is Bonsai, de derde pup die we dit jaar moeten opvangen. 🪴🦭

Toen Bonsai bij ons werd binnengebracht, was ze ongeveer een week oud en woog ze slechts 7 kilo. 😢 Ze is erg klein en heeft nog gedeeltelijk haar lanugovacht. Bij gewone zeehonden betekent dat dat ze te vroeg zijn geboren en daardoor nóg kwetsbaarder dan andere pups.

This is Bonsai, the third pup we’ve had to take in this year. 🪴🦭

When Bonsai was brought to us, she was around a week old and weighed just 7 kilograms. 😢 She’s very small and still has part of her lanugo coat. With common seals, this means they were born prematurely, making them even more vulnerable than other pups.
