I wish the live stream quality was better in the studio but anyways. As usual, reminding you that TRYING IS COOL. I am learning to do a pole climb called revolver. My strength has grown TREMENDOUSLY just based on that fact that I’m even able to do this struggle version of the climb and actually climb up!! It’ll will become pretty with practice. No music so you hear the effort. The magic is in the journey. #Livecreator #goodenergyclub #tryingiscool #polefitness #polejourney by @itsalexandria_irl

Was finally able to start pulling my own body weight up since I’ve increased my weight training and continue to lose weight. This was a super nice surprise this morning! Next I have to do it with my legs open and straightened 😃 oh and hopefully with more ease. This took me out lol

I’m on a mission to win the war between my inner critic and the true intentions that I have for the way I view myself, my decisions, my wins, and my failures.

Here’s 5 ways to silence our inner critic:

1. Practice Self Compassion

2. Move Your Body Everyday

3. Identify the Root of Those Feelings

4. Understand Your Triggers and Confront them

5. Treat Yourself How You’d Treat a Friend
