Hill climb magic ✨

For me, it’s never been bikes to nowhere. It’s always been bikes to anywhere. Hope to see you in our dark room @selfcycleco soon.

Hi! 👋 It’s been a hot minute since I talked about health coaching.

I truly love helping people manage stress, sleep better; create sustainer habits, and trust themselves around food.

You deserve to feel like you want to. And there is a fuck-ton more that I do/don’t do as a health coach.

I’m always a DM away if you have more questions about working with me.

Food is political. Fitness is political. Wellness is political.

So yeah, politics is in everything I do.

And if my goal is to create safe spaces for people to work on their health and wellbeing, then I’m going to keep letting you know where I stand.

Now- my Rosè is getting warm. Time to crush some 🧊 😉

P.S. I just found @gangsofwinemoms - go follow them!

First Saturslay without a dark room. Looked different, but felt so good to feed my soul & fill my cup.

What type of movement moves you? If you don’t know- I sure hope you figure it out because there is nothing better than finding joy in moving your body.

😘,
Ang

The first day, I wasn’t sure how I was going to remember everyone’s name. By the last day… ya’ll are family now.

Thank you @priscillaperezzz & @jeneasutton_ for creating @peptaalk- A space for coaches to connect, share, and be held. You reminded us all that we are worth everything we give our rooms.

There were lots of tears (mostly by me), dancing, sweat, and growth.

Thank you to the Wave V crew for saying “yes” to Peptalk and coming in vulnerable + ready to show up- I learned so much from each and every one of you and wish I could teleport to all of your studios to watch you shine.

I came in to this experience thinking it was going to be one thing, but it turned out to be something else completely… and I couldn’t be more grateful.

The universe places us where we needs and this weekend truly showed me that.

When I say this weekend changed me, I fully mean that. I had so many epiphanies about myself and the bike. No clue what the future holds, but I do know it’s brightAF.

And to think- I almost didn’t fill out an application. Never let fear stop you. Feel it and do the damn thing anyway!!!

@selfcycleco has brought me so much joy, strength, and growth over the last 2.5ish years.

This dark room brought a part of my soul back to life and I am forever grateful for everyone who stepped in to stretch themselves with me.

Not sure what is happening next with @selfcycleco, but I know this is not the end of my time on the podium. It’s just a pause. It’s not goodbye… it’s see you later. 😘

I hope you enjoy little taste of my final SaturSlay class.

This Monday is my final class at Self as it exists now. We’ll be grooving to TLC, Salt n’ Pepa, & En Vogue. Dancing this thing out on a high note!💃🏻

Not big on health hacks, but this one is 💯.

Did you know women in peri/menopause need to up the daily recommended fiber from 25g to 35g.

Yeah… it can be hard. Especially when most people aren’t eating nearly enough.

A couple tips: start slow & small little additions add up.

Fiber also helps with blood sugar regulation and can help lower cholesterol too!
