How much time and energy are we regularly wasting attempting to be something that we are not? The song I Don’t Want to Be by Gavin DeGraw makes me think of this in so many ways. We spend so much time and energy attempting to fit into boxes that we think other people want to put us in forgetting that the box that we are most aligned with is our authentic self. One of the deep healing that I’ve done within myself in the last couple of years is learned to be as authentic as possible, as often as possible. What it has done for my life has completely shifted the rooms that I’m in and the people that I spend time with. Is it perfect? No however I will take the Authenticity Algorithm all day over spending time attempting to be something I’m not. The results of living a more authentic life? I have way more energy and time to do things that I actually love. Your invitation from me to you is to audit the ways in which you are doing this in your own life and make a conscious effort to be 1% more authentically yourself each and every day. #authenticity #authenticityalgorithm #psychic #mediumship #intuition by @itsbrittanybewitched

New Nov 1 Tradition Unlocked. How freeing to uncage your Rage. An incredible night of women getting together to rage, release and reset. Huge shoutout and thank you to @itsbrittanybewitched for hosting 🔥 by @itsbrittanybewitched
Celebrating 5 Years Alcohol Free 🤍🤍 It’s been a wild ride of relational shifts, awareness, reinvention of self, clarity and self understanding. I am so grateful to the past version of me who decided to discontinue drinking alcohol. It’s had ups, downs and all arounds and I couldn’t be more proud of myself. If you’ve thought about shifting your own drinking habits, hit me up and we can chat it out. Hoping to provide the support, love and care I was missing at the start of my journey before I discovered my sober sisters! #loveyourself #lessboozeybrittany #boozefreebrittanybewitched #alcoholfree #fiveyears by @itsbrittanybewitched
Speed dating with Spirit! Last night was FABULOUS! I had the best possible time! A huge thank you to all the staff, volunteers and people who came out including Spirit! I am beyond grateful for all the messages that came through and the way people were connecting with the Conscious Creatures Deck 🤍🦚 The energy was pure fire 🔥 The Castle @castlekilbride was in all its glory and @ejs.at.baden served up the yummiest grub! I can’t wait to do it again! #happyhalloween #intuition #mediumship #messagesfromspirit #magic by @itsbrittanybewitched
LAST WEEK was the best! We were in a cocoon of Karuna Holy Fire® Reiki compassion and care. We basked in the moonlight while we danced under the stars. We warmed ourselves by the campfire and Holy Fire® Reiki. We went swimming in Lake Huron! We practiced toning and chanting for hours. It was pure magic and I am so grateful for each woman, how they showed up and how the Reiki energies flowed through them. Thank you for going on this magical adventure with me! I miss our bubble of bliss and of course all the laughs! #holyfirereiki #reikimasterteacher #karunaholyfirereiki #retreatvibes #intuition by @itsbrittanybewitched

Everything is always working out for you! The hard sh*t has a funny way of working itself out. I used to think my Moms death was the worse thing that ever happened in my life. I now see it was the best and worst. Both truths can co-exist at once. Without her passing I wouldn’t be a psychic medium. I am eternally grateful for the hard sh*t I’ve been through and didn’t bypass beyond. Inner alchemy is the key to viewing your hardships as positives. Feel it, heal it and use it as fuel. Sometimes it sucks and that’s OK and sometimes you can use it to catapult you into the next version of yourself living their best life. The choice is yours! #lifealwaysworksoutforme #igettochoose #choosewisely #intuition #psychic by @itsbrittanybewitched
🎄✨ ’TIS THE SEASON WITH SPIRIT! ✨🎄 The most wonderful time of the year is about to get a little more SPIRITED! 🔮🪽 Join me for a magical evening where science meets spirituality, holiday magic meets the unseen, and love takes centre stage! We’ll begin with an immersive Holy Fire® Reiki experience, inviting peace, healing, and connection before opening the floor to evidential mediumship and intuitive messages. Expect meaningful validations, familiar personalities, cherished memories, goosebumps, happy tears, and plenty of laughter as loved ones in Spirit remind us that their presence isn’t limited to the physical world. 🤍 And knowing Spirit, there may be a little sass and a few HOW THE HECK DID SHE KNOW THAT?! moments along the way! 😂 🎄 Wednesday, December 2, 2026 ⏰ 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM Because sometimes the most extraordinary gifts aren’t found beneath the tree. They’re felt in the heart. ❤️ 🎟️ Limited spaces available @apothecaryofcrystals Messages from Spirit are not guaranteed for every participant. by @itsbrittanybewitched
🔥🎃 UNCAGE YOUR RAGE 🎃🔥 Because sometimes taking the high road is EXHAUSTING AF. 😂 The resentment. The frustration. The disappointment. The expectations. The bullshit you’ve swallowed, tolerated, and carried while trying to keep your shit together. YEAH. THAT SHIT. It’s time to give it somewhere to GO. 💥 Join me for an unapologetically cathartic evening of RAGE → RELEASE → REIKI → REST. 🎃 RAGE & RELEASE Grab a pumpkin. Grab a Sharpie. Write down whatever you’re ready to release. AND THEN SMASH THE SHIT OUT OF IT. 💥 🔥 REIKI & REST Once we’ve made a glorious mess, we’ll gather around the fire with hot chocolate for a soothing Holy Fire® Reiki experience and a short teaching about healthy rage. A little destruction. A little laughter. A little energetic TLC. Because healing doesn’t always have to look like sitting quietly, breathing deeply, and pretending you’re at peace with everything. Sometimes it looks like absolutely annihilating a pumpkin and then sipping hot chocolate by a fire. 😂🎃 📅 Sunday, November 1, 2026 🕕 6:00 to 8:00 PM 📍 Wilmot, Ontario (address provided upon registration) 🎟️ Limited spaces available! Bring your leftover Halloween pumpkins, your favourite lawn chair, and whatever you’re ready to LET GO OF. COME AS YOU ARE. BRING YOUR PUMPKINS. UNCAGE YOUR RAGE. 🔥 ✨ Grab your spot through the link in my bio! Or comment RAGE and I’ll send details! 🔥 #UncageYourRage #HolyFireReiki #EmotionalRelease #KitchenerWaterloo #ReikiHealing by @itsbrittanybewitched
