Today is Wave of Light 🕯️🤍

I don’t usually share or talk about such private parts of my life, but I think this year feels a little different.

2024 was an incredibly difficult year for me and my family. I experienced two pregnancy losses that year, and they affected me deeply, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally.

Today, I’m lighting a candle for my two little angels, Paddy 🤍 (12 weeks and 5 days) and Hope 🤍 (20 weeks).

I miss you both so much. I wish I could hold you in my arms, but I hope that, somehow, you know how much I love you with all my heart. You will always be a part of me and our family.

I don’t really know how to express myself or explain how I feel today. Some feelings are still difficult to put into words, and some days the pain feels closer than others.

But today, I want to remember you, say your names and give you a little space in this world, because no matter how much time passes, you will always be my babies. 🤍

Today, I’m lighting a candle for Paddy and Hope, for the love I will always carry for you both, and for all the babies who are no longer physically with us but will live forever in our hearts. 🕯️🩵🩷

Forever my babies. Forever in my heart. 🤍

If you or someone you love has experienced pregnancy or baby loss, please know that you are not alone. 🤍 There are organisations that offer information, comfort and support, including Tommys ( @tommys ) , The Miscarriage Association ( @miscarriageuk ), Sands ( @sandscharity ) and 4Louis ( @4louis.charity ). 🕯️ You don’t have to navigate this grief alone, and it’s okay to reach out for support whenever you need it. 🤍 by @itscamilaadlam

More than TWO months of carrying nappies, wipes and creams around in my hands because I still haven’t chosen a nappy caddy… 😂😭

I know it’s such a basic thing, but why are there SO many options?! I genuinely cannot decide. 😂

So please help me out, which nappy caddy do you have and would you recommend it? 👇🏼🧺

I’m ready to finally stop carrying everything around.
