POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi, let me introduce myself. My name is Fauzia, I'm from Yorkshire now living in London.

I'm married and a mum to two little boys.

I'm a doctor, working as a GP in the NHS and as an aesthetics doctor in my own skin rejuvenation clinic.

I joined the travel business during maternity leave with my second child to earn a side income.

I love to travel and really like having access to my own booking portal to earn an additional income. The business has allowed us to travel more as a family of 4 and upgrade our lifestyle.

What I didn't expect was for it to totally push me out of my comfort zone, helped me dream bigger and I aim higher thanks to all the mindset training, personal development and being surrounded by like minded people who are also growing and developing themselves to be the best versions of themselves.

Now I love sharing the opportunity with others and allowing them to also start their own travel business and join our thriving supportive community.

Interested in finding out more? DM "travel" and I'll send more info.

What the business is about:

✅ Earn commissions on travel bookings
✅ Get paid on your OWN travel
✅ Build a residual income
✅ Create multiple streams of income
✅ Enjoy exclusive travel perks & discounts
✅ Be part of a supportive network

I help other busy mums travel more, earn extra income, and create time freedom. Whether you want to save on trips, earn commissions, or build a side income, this business can work for you too.

If you’ve ever thought ‘I wish I could get paid to travel’, drop a ✈️ in the comments! Or DM ‘TRAVEL’ and I’ll show you how you can start too.

As a GP with a passion for skin health, these are the three essentials that always make it into my suitcase.

1. LumiSpa. My deep cleanse to remove sunscreen, makeup, sweat and the day's build-up. Starting with clean skin is key.

2. Vitamin C. An antioxidant that helps protect against oxidative stress and supports brighter, more radiant looking skin.

3. Broad spectrum SPF. The most important step. Daily sun protection helps prevent premature skin ageing and protects against UV damage. I apply it every morning and reapply throughout the day.

You don't need an elaborate routine to look after your skin on holiday. Consistency with the basics makes a difference.

What are your three holiday skincare essentials? Comment below 👇🏽 by @itsfauziaarif

My three-year-old has officially taken out my sunglasses and it's only day 2 of our holidays!

I thought holidays were meant to be relaxing?!

Between keeping the kids entertained, preventing arguments, finding snacks every 20 minutes and now replacing broken sunglasses, it's certainly not the picture-perfect holiday you see on Instagram.

But this is real life as a mum of three.

And whilst I'm juggling all the usual parenting chaos, I'm also building my online travel business around family life.

Because for me, it's not about having a perfect, child-free holiday. It's about creating more flexibility and opportunities whilst still being present for the moments that matter.

Broken sunglasses and all!

This is one of those baby purchases you end up using for a long time

If you're pregnant or have a little one at home, don't underestimate the humble nursing pillow!

I originally thought it was just something I'd use for breastfeeding, but I've found so many uses for it along the way.

Here's how I've used mine:

🤰 During pregnancy: to help support my bump and get more comfortable when sleeping.

🤱 When baby arrives: to support baby during feeds and take some of the strain off your arms.

👶 When they're learning to sit: as a cushion around them to help soften little tumbles, with me right there supervising.

🧸 For tummy time: to help prop baby up and make tummy time a little easier, while staying close by.

Motherhood is full of things you buy thinking you'll only use them for one stage, then discover they come in handy for so much more!

As a mum of three, I'm all about finding little things that make life that bit easier.

Mums and mums-to-be, what's one baby item you couldn't live without? Or one you bought and barely used? Comment below 👇🏽 by @itsfauziaarif

There's a big difference between an employee mindset and an entrepreneur mindset.

Most people want to get paid for doing a job. Entrepreneurs are willing to invest to build something of their own.

And that means investing both time and money.

An employee mindset is: “I work my hours, I get paid.”

And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

But an entrepreneur starts thinking differently.

“What can I invest in today, with my time and money, that could create another income stream for my future?”

It's about having a longer-term vision rather than just focusing on the money you can make today.

Now, traditional businesses can cost thousands to set up.

But what if you could start an online travel business with a relatively small monthly investment, with training, support and the opportunity to earn through bookings and building a team?

That's what caught my attention.

I'm a GP, a mum of three, and I run an aesthetics business. I don't want to keep adding more hours to my working week just to earn more.

I want to build something alongside what I'm already doing.

So let me ask you. Are you only looking for ways to earn money, or are you open to building something of your own?

Before having children, I never imagined this would become a completely normal part of my day.

But now?

One suspicious smell and I’m straight in for the nappy sniff test.

No opening required.
No investigation needed.
Just pure mum instinct.

Mums, what other things do you do now that would have horrified our pre-children selves? Comment below 👇🏽 by @itsfauziaarif

Count the baby gear. I'll wait.

A jumperoo. A sit-me-up. A play gym. A bouncer. A walker. And somehow my "relaxing" living room has become a soft play centre with a fireplace.

Nobody warns you that your home stops being yours.

But in between the nappies, the nap schedules and the hundredth chorus of that musical toy, I realised I still wanted something that's mine. Something to look forward to beyond the snack negotiations.

That's why I started building an online travel business from the middle of this chaos, in the gaps between feeds and naps. Working around my family, not the other way around.

If you're a mum who's knee deep in the madness but still dreaming of more, I'd love to chat. No pressure, just a coffee.

Drop a ✈️ or DM me "TRAVEL" if you're curious.

I’ve been quietly building something alongside my other business, and it’s just opened up to a whole new market.

Dubai is full of ambitious people, entrepreneurs and professionals who love travel, so I’m really excited about this.

The best part is you don’t need to be a travel expert or have a shop, office or huge following.
I’m looking to connect with people in Dubai/UAE, or anyone who knows someone there, who might be curious about building an online travel business.

If you’re in Dubai/UAE and you:
✈️ Love travel
💻 Want to build something online
💰 Are looking for an additional income stream
🌍 Want the flexibility to work from anywhere
🤝 Enjoy connecting with people and building a community
💫 Or simply want to explore something alongside what you already do

I’d love to connect.
And if you’re in the UK but know someone in Dubai who this could be perfect for, send them this post.

DM me “UAE” and I’ll tell you what it’s all about. by @itsfauziaarif

My three-year-old is very confident on his scooter. He knows he needs to stop at roads, and I thought we’d taught him that really well.

But the other day, he came to our road and just carried straight across it.

I was absolutely horrified. That horrible split second where your brain goes straight to ‘what if?’

Luckily, there were no cars coming and nothing happened.

And then, of course, I immediately started blaming myself.
Have I not taught him properly? Have I been too relaxed? How did I not think this could happen?

We’ve since had a very serious conversation about stopping at every single road, looking, listening and waiting for an adult.

But it really reminded me that our kids can know the rules and still sometimes just forget them.

Three months to stop waiting for the “right time”.

Three months to finally start the thing you’ve been putting off.

Three months to be more consistent, learn something new, get uncomfortable, and see what you’re actually capable of.

You don’t need to have the whole year figured out. You don’t need to completely reinvent yourself.

Just decide that from today, you’re going to apply yourself.

Because imagine where you could be by January if you spent the next 12 weeks showing up for yourself instead of waiting for a fresh start.

Your potential hasn’t disappeared because the year hasn’t gone to plan.

There is still time.

So don’t write off the rest of this year.

Use it.

Start now.

Show up consistently.

Give it everything you’ve got.

And let January meet a version of you who didn’t wait for January to begin.

What could you achieve in the next 3 months if you really applied yourself? by @itsfauziaarif
