it’s true my friend 🫠 #almost50 #midlife #relatable #over40moms #genxwoman by @itshilaryleigh

I hesitated hard before posting this but it got such a response on TikTok that feel like I needed to. This stage of motherhood is so confusing. Help them. Guide them but back off. Let them show you what they’re capable of. Meet them where they’re at. Rightbut this is hard.

At the end of the day, this is the first time we’re doing this when it comes to our oldest, we have to remember that.

I hope you know you’re not alone if you feel this way. This stage is odd but it WILL be amazing. It’s just the adjustment of getting there isn’t easy and I’m just navigating the through that I guess.

Love you 🤍

☠️🫪😩😳 🆘 if you can’t laugh at getting older than just start acting old now. Laugh because it is funny and scary too.

can’t jump, laugh or cough or sneeze the same and that’s ok because getting older is a PRIVILEGE 👏🏽
So yeah, we sniss (yes that’s sneeze with a surprise)

Don’t leave me hanging, who else 😩

I felt so stupid for not realizing this was turned on. If you have been copied by AI, there is a support group 🥴

Good to know. Turn this off! 🫪

These AI influencer pages need to be taken down. It’s wrong.

If there’s any video of mine that you share, I hope it’s this one. This is by far one of the scariest I’ve seen of stolen content and this is just the icing on the cake. I’m one of thousands of women who this happens to but now Mets talk about the women in the comment sections of their video!!!

My heart breaks! These women are genuinely asking for product solutions or even just inspiration. This needs to stop but ladies use your discretion who you buy products from and who you’re following.

This is beyond scary. Please share 😭
and follow if you need a REAL woman who’s heading into 50 and finally getting in touch with what I had to say all these years 🥂

The account to report but so many that are out there

Silver streaks are GORGEOUS ladies. I wasn’t ready yet, I just got here in brunette world after DECADES of highlighting my natural brunette hair. Never saw a grey until. Stopped highlighting my hair. I really thought I’d just put down dying my hair altogether…and I still can! Mine are just at a sporadic and annoying stage.

I may even go a shade darker again with a splash of random sun-kissed blonde and I mean MINIMAL blonde if I do that again 😂 bleach was not my friend 👀

Just comment “LINK” and I’ll send it on over 🥂we love a quick fix that’s healthy for our hair 💛

I wanted to add in not using a question form at the end of every sentence. I do it too.

What would you add?

#genxmom #confidentwoman #momsover40 by @itshilaryleigh

I have to stop ending my sentences in a question form 😩 anyway comment SHOP for the products used!

Another one I wasn’t going to post here but then I remembered the last time I thought that 🫠

It’s ok if you don’t agree. I’ll say this, if we’re no longer in contact but you still follow, just know I still want to see you win 💛

I was taught by the best @growingsilvercurls 🥂
For my ladies who loathe wearing their hair on their face or even better? It protects your hair 🥂🥹

let me know if you try it! That’s the beauty of sharing! She showed me and I’m passing it along! 💛
