Great time seeing family yesterday celebrating my uncle’s retirement party, he retired from @fox29philly years ago and now @espn, enjoy you’re retirement unc by @itsjustmike215_

Due to my back injury I gain a lot of weight being down and depressed about another work injury due to me driving into a flood on the New Jersey Turnpike back in December of 2023 which made me officially retire from truck driving. I could barely walk, could barely sleep while being in so much pain but I said to myself things have to change and I definitely didn’t want back surgery, so I changed my eating habits and started intermittent fasting and cleaner eating. Now I’m back down to almost the weight I was back in 2012 but I still want to get down to at least 190-195 and this is without going to the gym. All I can say is believe in your progress and goals and it’ll happen. Block out the negativity that you hear and focus on you, you’ll reach the goal that you set for yourself by @itsjustmike215_
