Is Ibiza de juiste keuze geweest? Ja…. No doubt about that! ✨ #ibizaliegtniet #boek #verhaal #ibiza #inspirerend by @itsmestan73
#IbizaLiegtNiet #EdBeemsterboer #Ibiza #MijnVerhaal #HetEchteIbiza Levensverhaal by @itsmestan73
FLWLSS – A NEW TASTE It’s already been six months since our first FLWLSS edition at Teatro Pereyra! We’ve been a little quiet, but that doesn’t mean we’ve stopped working on FLWLSS. We’re looking into new opportunities, possible collaborations and ways to expand the concept. We want to find the right place, the right moment and the right people to make it happen. Nothing is confirmed just yet, but we’re working on it and hope to share some good news soon! Thanks to everyone who continues to support FLWLSS. 💋 A NEW TASTE EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED. #FLWLSS #Ibiza #BeatsBitesBubbles by @itsmestan73
The 80s… my childhood, my little celebration of life. I was 7 when the 80s began. A time of discovering, growing, dreaming, and slowly finding out who I was. Dynasty, Fame, Betamax video tapes, Atari, Madonna & Michael Jackson, playback competitions, cartoons and SKY Channel, classical ballet and show ballet. Playing tag and hide-and-seek outside until it got dark. The telephone with a cord… waiting for someone to finally pick up. And of course, those first crushes. Those butterflies for the boy in your class… and later, your first kiss with a girl. At home, we sat together around the dinner table as a family, sharing stories and simply being together. And Christmas… Christmas was still really Christmas. Decorating the tree together, the coziness at home, and that magical feeling you looked forward to for weeks. Even the seasons felt like real seasons back then: cold winters, warm summers, falling leaves in autumn, and spring bringing everything back to life. The 80s were a time filled with music, friendship, first loves, wonder and personal growth. A time when I experienced so many new things and truly began to develop into the person I am today. When I look back, I mostly feel grateful. What a beautiful time to grow up. And the music from the 80s? THE BEST! #80s #childhood #adventure #exploring #fun by @itsmestan73

DONT LET ANYONE DIM YOUR LIGHT. EVEN NOT BY YOURSELF! Nowadays everything feels different: the world, the people, life! It is important to stay close to yourself and be authentic! Since I have been increasingly present and awake, I see life, the world, and people more and more as they are. I don't pay too much attention to it anymore. Fully focus on myself and enjoy it! I give up and I surrender! And I let myself be carried along like a cork on a flowing river! GIVIN UP GIVIN IN…. 💋 #focus #godsplan #love #awake #feel by @itsmestan73

It’s a new dawn It’s a new day It’s a new way It’s a new life for me And I’m feeling good Today is my birthday, May 28, 1973; I turned 53. Biologically speaking. Because my real age? That is 35. That is how it feels too. My head is clear, my heart is curious, my energy is flowing. I laugh at the same silly jokes. I still get excited about little adventures. I wake up in the morning with plans, not pain. My real age is playful, full of wonder, and far from done growing. I think of all the versions of myself I have been. The young child with big eyes. The teenager who felt everything as if it were the first time. The twenty-something who wanted to conquer the world. The thirty-something who learned that things can also turn out differently. And now? Now I am 35 in my soul, with 53 years of life experience in my backpack. Now that is a beautiful combination. 53 biologically. 35 in my heart. And I am far from done. New memories are coming. New beautiful days. New paths. Tonight, a dinner with a select group. People who care about me. And as I listen to them at the table, I think to myself: thank you, life. Thank you for allowing me to feel this way. Thank you for allowing me to be 35 in a body that is celebrating 53. To many more beautiful years. To me.. Cheers. ✨ #53 #birthday #still35 #feelinggood #happy by @itsmestan73
