Proud is an understatement 🖤

Meet @itspaulafdez: Founder & Coach by title, Spicy AF by reputation 🌶️💣 Come get strong with her at the haus🤎 by @itspaulafdez

This is Paula.
Many of you might know her for pushing you to your limits in class…
but behind that tiny terreneitor with an angelic smile
there’s one of the kindest hearts I’ve ever met.

She has a special kind of magic —
the way she makes everyone around her feel seen, valued, and supported.
She truly believes in people’s potential
and somehow manages to push you with both strength and care.

Behind that power there’s a story of effort, growth, and self-love,
and that’s what gave life to Corehaus.
A place built to feel strong,
to connect, and to take care of yourself inside and out.

We met by chance,
and destiny decided to cross our paths at the perfect time.
I admire what she’s built,
but even more, how she’s done it — with love, dedication, and truth.

This is Paula,
the strength and the heart behind Corehaus💪🏾🤎. by @itspaulafdez
