Choreo by me 💔

I know there are many people who don’t value filming as much as I do. I’ve experienced it many times when there wasn’t enough time to film during class

But as a kid, I would rewatch all my performances. I’d always get sad when my mom told me that she liked everything and that it was beautiful… as I was looking for mistakes and things to improve🙈😂

I don’t know if that’s good or bad, but watching a progress has become a source of joy. I love seeing how I move from the outside and noticing something new

As much as I enjoy the process, I also love having a video to come back to. Our minds and bodies forget, but photos and videos keep those memories alive.

Maybe that’s why I always try to leave time for filming in my classes — so we can not only train, but also perform, enjoy the moment, and have something to look back on. 🤍🦋

I felt very good,
even though I died in the middle and knew there were at least three minutes of my song ahead
Felt happy,
because I hadn’t danced on stage for 1.5 years,
because in the end I performed in heels, even though the evening before I had concluded that I couldn’t improvise in them freely in another style,
because improvising on stage is the best therapy I know, because I just like this song,
because the light was beautiful and the weather amazing.

Performed at @tanzzentraleleipzig ✨

I am not the most emotionally expressive person and often process strong emotions inside

But when I’m on stage, in front of a camera, or dancing, it’s usually vice versa - I feel so open, free, with a desire to share my inner world

Funny how some things are easier to express through movement than words.

This song btw I was listening from my teenage years but I still love it and now had a chance to record this small story here 🤍

Feeling & dancing a beautiful choreo by @dance.nastya
…

“Whaaat you dance high heels?” - I heard several times a surprise from people when they discovered it 😄 and I am wondering, what a typical heels dancer should look like? I personally don’t know..

But I know for sure that dance can be different. And what matters is what we want to say through it and how we feel.
I love heels for those lines, femininity, challenge of dancing in heels, and most of all, for how it allows me to feel like myself.

And I feel like this is actually the most valuable thing of all - to truly love it, express ourselves through it, and share our own perspective without trying to fit into someone else’s expectations

So dance how you feel ❤️

And this choreo just makes me so inspired and free 💔
Thanks @platonova_lena

@platonova_lena спасибо ❤️❤️

Choreo by me 🤍

From today’s contemporary workshop in Leipzig ✨

When announcing the workshops, I still have the thoughts ‘What if no one comes ?’ but then every time I end up in a room full of people with great energy and interest ! Especially the fact of building my way in a country, which is still new for me… makes everything harder and at the same time more special.. Thank you everyone for your trust, it means a lot !❤️
