July // August // September 📸✨ Photodump highlights: 🐱 Last month with my foster kittens 🌊 Bodies of water 💃🏿 My bestie’s presence 🎉 All kinds of celebration delights 🎭 Working on a show with a brilliant director, cast & crew 👯‍♀️The Moms came through! …and so much more. Cheers to the fall 🍂💕 by @itsrociomendez
August / Sneak Peak / Bestie Week 💃🏿 A whole 10 days with @easydeezy321 - the best bestie I could ever ask for 💕 Miss you so much already 😭 by @itsrociomendez
April // May // June Another quarter of the year down… wow! Time is absolutely flying, but I’m so grateful for all the incredible ups lately. 🙏🏿✨ A quick recap: 🃏 Fake it ’til you make it: Pretended to win a poker tournament. I didn’t do too terrible, but I definitely lost… so the photo evidence is pure manifestation. 😂 🎭 Black Swan: Had the privilege of working on this amazing show, now playing at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge! If you are anywhere near the area, you have until July 12th—RUN, don’t walk, to grab a ticket! 🏃🏿‍♂️💨 Bonus: got to spend time with the best bestie anyone could ask for, @easydeezy321 ! She came thru to Cambridge to explore, eat lobster, and enjoy a different city. 🦞 🗽 NYC state of mind: Time back in the city is always a blast. Caught up with the homies, did some dancing, and repped the New York teams (Go Liberty! Go Knicks! 🏀). 🌲 Ashland adventures: Never a dull moment out here! Started fostering four beautiful, wonderful kittens!!!! 🐱 Fun times with friends, and getting to work on some incredible fight choreography—shoutout to the fight team, J. Toppo and Joe Sofranko! 💪🏿 We also just opened three incredible shows in the Allen Elizabethan Theatre at OSF: The Taming of the Shrew, Emma, and Henry IV, Part 1. They are honestly all spectacular. P.S. Anyone want to come visit?! I have an extra room with your name on it. 💃🏿 Here’s to an amazing rest of the summer! 🥂 ☀️ #grateful #NYCtoOregon #theater #fightdirector #intimacydirector by @itsrociomendez
Is it just me, or is the first quarter of the year just the fourth quarter in a different way? It’s been a total rollercoaster…one year has been feeling like one day and ten years at the same time. Rang in the new year with Anton—we really do the most with what we’ve got! Brought in the new year going to Casa Bonita in Denver. Then so lucky to have spent time on the Gatsby National Tour with a creative team I absolutely adore. 🥂 Then it was straight into the new season at OSF. Life is never dull when Toppo is involved! Also, NYC called... and I answered twice. Working on The Fear of 13 and Proof on Broadway has been such a gift. 🎭 New tattoo, growing my community, yet staying connected to my OG people (now we are all over the place) I’m incredibly grateful for the momentum, but also keeping my heart open to what’s happening globally. In a world that feels divided, I’m just out here trying to live moment-to-moment and wishing for a little more unity and freedom for everyone. 🫶🏿🌍 We got this! Right?!? 🫠❤️💕 #fightdirector #intimacydirector #lovemyfriends #lovemyfamily #bicoastallife theaterartist by @itsrociomendez
Well that went by as fast as this clip… Happy 2026 y’all! To continued happiness, adventures and abundance 😎 #grateful #lovemyfriends #lovemyfamily #travel #dance by @itsrociomendez
November unlocked: Adventure Mode 🌲🌊 Road-tripped the Oregon Coast, but the true highlight? Astoria. My inner kid screamed seeing The Goonies house and jail 🤩🤘🏿 Totally worth the pilgrimage! But then, it’s all about the home team: Karaoke nights, mandatory snuggle time with @mcgeek16 cat 🐈, and the annual Friendsgiving feast (seriously, Kelly, you don’t mess around! 🍽️). I always appreciate being surrounded by this crew when I’m home. P.S. The real MVP of the week was doing absolutely nothing with @anton_stat. Just non-stop catch-up and TV marathons. Pure bliss. 😎🤙🏿 #gooniesneverdie #oregoncoast #friendsgiving #travel #squadgoals #coastaladventures by @itsrociomendez
October - my new year 💃🏿🍾 And time back home on the east coast… super busy (Did 7 shows in 7 weeks 🥵 #worthit) It was really tough at first, I was super overstimulated… overwhelmed. But as I settled, got a routine going and spent time with some of my favorite people… suddenly it was hard to leave. Was a little confusing 🤯 But when I got home and took a deep breath I knew it was where I belonged. A New Yorker with a west coast vibe 😝 bi-coastal it is baebyyy! Although I do wish they were closer 😅 Looking forward to being back east soon… still encouraging everyone to visit though. Southern Oregon is pretty dope. #bicoastal #fightdirector #intimacydirector #eastcoast #westcoast #artistlife by @itsrociomendez

“Autumn’s touch, a tapestry unfold, September’s arrival, warmth turns to gold. Leaves gently dance, in the September breeze, As nature prepares for a vibrant tease.” - C. Pulsifer September is usually one of my favorite months and this year… she didn’t disappoint. Getting all the lakes days in I could, celebrating with friends, Thievery Corporation 🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿… then flying to the east coast. Hell’s Kitchen will always have a special place in my heart ❤️ Family, friends, theater, camping, dancing, karaoke, WNBA (now a huge fan! Thanks @easydeezy321 ) and more! Then somehow managing working on six productions - ask me the deets! All of them will be worth seeing! Bull Durham - Papermill Playhouse Hell’s Kitchen - (Tour) ARCHDUKE - Roundabout Queens - MTC Practice- Playwrights Horizons Frankenstein - STNJ #lovemyfamily #lovemyfriends #lovemyjob #fightdirector #intimacydirector #eastcoasttowestcoast #bicoastal #theater #theaternerd by @itsrociomendez
August - What have you done for me lately? Someone asked me how I’m doing these days… Happy and Grateful 🥹 (To the point where I’m getting sus - what is this?!?) Mostly cuz of how dope this summer has been First my Brazin @cldkckr visit! Took over these Ashland streets and always a blast 💥 Got to see a creepy cirque soleil 😜 Headed to Denver to see @rufusdusol with one of my besties @anton_stat, Karlos, and met new people along the way 🥰 Back to this beautiful state of Oregon 🤙🏿😎 Jet Boats, rainbows, dinner dates, lake trips, more waterfalls, and last minute road trips with amazing people - who can complain? 💃🏾🎉❤️ #grateful #lucky #summeroffun #lovemyfriends #lovemyfamily #roadtrip #dance #rave #nature #rufusdusol #yolo by @itsrociomendez
