It wasn’t just fun…it was a FULL BODY AWAKENING. 💥 Honestly it just blew my mind. I was on a euphoric high for the next 72 hours. Something cracked open in me that I hadn’t even realised was closed. ✨ You see, laughter yoga doesn’t work from the neck up like a lot of personal development. It works IN THE BODY. It bypasses the overthinking, the self-doubt, the stories you’ve been telling yourself for years and gets straight to the truth of who you already are. I’ve seen it shift people in a single session. Because it gives you PERMISSION to be fully yourself. 🙌🏻 And that my love is bloody liberating. What helps you be fully yourself? And if you’d love some of this energy in your life comment RESET for a 🔗 to my 🆓 community The Joy Reset. 💥 Big love Cat 🌻 ✨Self Love + Self Belief = Inner Joy✨ #laughteryoga #laughteryogateacher #laughteryogauk #findyourjoy #livelifeonpurpose by @itsthejoyqueen
New podcast episode drop! 🤸🤩🤸 🌻 The Tapestry Of Joy: Thriving In Midlife And Beyond with Professor Joyce Harper S5 E2 What a delight this conversation was… I loved sitting down with @profjoyceharper, author of Your Joyful Years, to talk about finding joy in midlife and beyond. Joyce’s book features interviews with 50 women over 50 who are thriving, and it challenges the idea that menopause and midlife have to be a time of loss and struggle. We talk about why it’s so powerful to share these stories, and the impact they can have on women navigating this time in their lives. 🔥 We also explore how joy doesn’t have to be big or constant. It can be found in simple everyday moments, and it can sit alongside the ups and downs of life. Joyce shares her own practical ways of making space for it, from taking 15 minutes of joy each day to vision boards, dancing and play, and why it matters so much to protect that time for yourself as you get older. 💛 If you need a reminder to make space for yourself to ‘do that thing’ and that joy is always available to you in the here and now, this episode is for you. If you’d love to have a listen comment PODCAST and I’ll send you the link. Would love to hear when you’ve caught it. Playing in @luinluland’s incredible wardrobe of dreams recently @highvibe.fest was exactly how it’s meant to be… Liberating, empowering and FUN! 💥 SO many gorgeous pieces but this pink, fluffy gown of DELICIOUSNESS kept calling me in. And honestly when we finally joined together it was just MAGIC! I fell in love. 💖 So when Lou shared with me that this wondrous gown was called Doris my heart pretty much exploded. You see my darling Nana was called Doris and she was everything to me. During some really tough times growing up she was my safe space. She was my constant. ❤️ Twenty years since her passing I still miss her enormously and crave just one more squeeze. Particularly when things feel hard. When the time came for the session I was hosting I shared about the role my Nana had played in my life and the impact she had on who I am today. ✨ I don’t think she ever would have imagined me on stages microphone in hand helping people love themselves more through laughter. At the end of my session a beautiful soul approached me saying she was a psychic and she’d received a message from my Nana… “Keep pushing other people forward. Don’t look back.” It’s not been an easy year in my business so this was exactly what I needed to hear. Doris was always meant to find me that day. 🙏🏻 Big love Cat 🌻 ✨Self Love + Self Belief = Inner Joy✨ #ItsTheJoyQueen 📷 @kerrygreenphotography by @itsthejoyqueen

🌻 YOU Are The Medicine S5 E1 Wooooooo hoooooooo Season 5 of Live Your Best Laugh is here and I’m so excited to kick it off with you! 🤸🤩🤸 This solo episode comes straight from the heart and it’s a reminder that so much of what you’re searching for is already within you. I love learning from the incredible guests who join me on the podcast, and I hope you take their wisdom and let it spark something in you. But I also want you to remember that YOU are the medicine you seek and that your own power and inner resources are always there to draw on. 💛 In this episode I explore why joy isn’t a “nice to have” but a biological necessity, inspired by an Instagram post from Dr. Mark Hyman on how laughter, crying, hugging, singing and dancing support our bodies and nervous system. I also share the science behind laughter yoga and a story from one of my workshops that shows how laughter and tears can work together to help us process big emotions. ✨ Together we practise a short guided laughter exercise and a grounding meditation, because even five minutes of self-care can make a real difference to how you feel. If you need a nudge to make space for joy in your life, and a reminder that you are the medicine you seek, this one is for you. If you’d love to have a listen comment PODCAST and I’ll send you the link - would love to hear when you’ve caught it! 🎙️ Big love, Cat 🌻 ✨Self Love + Self Belief = Inner Joy✨ #ItsTheJoyQueen by @itsthejoyqueen
Laughter yoga goes WAYYYYYYY beyond ‘just having a laugh.’ It’s a beautiful exercise in PERMISSION & TRUST. ✨💫✨ Permission to drop what you’ve been carrying. Permission to feel ALLLLLLLLLL the feels. Trusting YOURSELF and trusting the energy of the group. 🫶🏻 Just look at these beautiful souls… OPEN HEARTED, RICH & DEEP connection with people who were strangers 30 minutes earlier. ❤️ It’s a radical act of self love to put yourself in places like these. If you’d love me to bring this to your event drop me a DM. Big love Cat 🌻 ✨Self Love + Self Belief = Inner Joy✨ #ItsTheJoyQueen by @itsthejoyqueen

Come get your inner massage darling. ❤️ Big love Cat 🌻 ✨Self Love + Self Belief = Inner Joy✨ #ItsTheJoyQueen by @itsthejoyqueen
Such a JOY to be part of BEYOND @menopausebyolivecollective last weekend! 🥰 A whole weekend dedicated to conversations and workshops to help us when journeying through menopause. We NEED events like this to happen. Because honestly we can FULLY LOSE OURSELVES in menopause so having spaces to share our experiences and explore what helps are SO important. 🫶🏻 Massive well done to the fabulous @ailsacoralie and the whole @olivecollectiveuk team for pulling it off and bringing a wealth of incredible experts and facilitators together. More beautiful collaborations to look forward to I’m sure. This is a part of my biz I absolutely love…meeting incredible women here to help women thrive. And Ailsa is here to do that for sure. ❤️ Fabulous as ever to get to dress up in @luinluland’s wardrobe of dreams. Another brilliant soul lifting women up. ✨ Women supporting women…totally here for it. Always. Big love Cat 🌻 ✨Self Love + Self Belief = Inner Joy✨ #ItsTheJoyQueen by @itsthejoyqueen
