Football season always makes me want some wings!! So I made some. ☺️ Vegan honey buffalo tenders - from oyster mushrooms. (Making tacos was more filling since i didn’t make a lot of tenders)

They were 😋🔥🔥🔥🙌🏽 But if you want the full recipe, including the vegan ranch/blue cheese + Buffalo sauce - you’ll have to get it from my e-book. Coming soon!😊☺️☺️☺️ by @itzlifeinmotion

I know where I came from. The child of 2 drug addicts. I remember having to peel the carpet back in the corner of my room to hide my birthday money (bc they found it when I hid it in my drawer). We relied on food from the food bank, WIC, free lunch in the summers, and food stamps (groceries lasted maybe a week in a house with 4 kids).

Long story short, I’ve come a LONG long way from frozen fish sticks, oodles of noodles, those TV dinners with the soggy apples on the side, and a block of cheese.

So when you see me posting healthy food or about having peace, it’s not a flex… it’s a testimony. A reminder to myself of how far God has brought me and how I wake up to new mercies everyday. 🙏🏽 by @itzlifeinmotion

A quick smoothie bowl to use up the bananas before they go dark-skin on me... 🥣 (Pro tip: I freeze my fruit if I’m not going to be able to eat it before it goes bad so I can use it for my smoothies)

Base made with: Frozen strawberry, frozen banana, pear, seamoss, and fresh squeezed orange juice (I added a lil too much juice)
🧊🍓🍌🍐🍊
Topped with: Blueberry, strawberry, banana, cacao nibs, and granola
