Our Initiatives Today’s most pressing social challenges affect communities around the world in complex and interconnected ways. Addressing these challenges requires more than conventional approaches—it requires creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to imagine and develop locally relevant solutions to global problems. We see creativity as much more than artistic expression. It is a set of skills inherent in everyone and strengthened through practice, including critical thinking, creative problem-solving, learning throughout life, and a mindset of positive change. When cultivated, these skills empower young people to question assumptions, navigate uncertainty, and create meaningful solutions for themselves and their communities. Through unconventional educational programmes, grants, and storytelling initiatives, we nurture these capabilities in young people around the world. We build long-term partnerships with creative organisations, educators, and individuals who are deeply rooted in their communities and share our values and vision. Together, we create opportunities for young people to develop the skills, confidence, and imagination needed to shape a more equitable, plural, and sustainable future—one community and one idea at a time. by @ivorybulletorg
