Erm.. Not the mirror selfie 🙄🙄🙄 by @izabellas.insta

The first pic is from May of 2024. I didn’t use a gua sha or any other skincare product. I only did cardio, and I ate like shit so my face looked super puffy. I was also going through something personal at that time and I lacked the motivation to self-improve. The second photo is from a few days ago. I’ve been going to the gym, using a gua sha, going to therapy, and doing other forms of self-care. I also finished my first semester of college with a GPA of 3.7. (Despite having horrible time management) 2024 has (mostly) been complete ass and I cannot wait to leave this bullshit year behind‼️💗 Always remember to take care of yourself 🫶 by @izabellas.insta
