What will become of religion when technology begins to answer the prayers humanity once whispered to the heavens?When disease disappears, not through divine intervention but through algorithms, genetic engineering, and machines capable of repairing the human body...will people still call it a miracle?Perhaps the sacred will not vanish. Perhaps it will simply change shape.For centuries, humanity looked upward for salvation because it lacked the power to save itself. But now, little by little, we are becoming the creators of our own destiny. Technology does not part the sea or raise prophets; it rewrites DNA, predicts death before it arrives, and extends life beyond what nature once allowed. The result may feel miraculous, yet it comes not from mystery, but from human hands.And maybe that is the real philosophical question: if humanity acquires powers once attributed only to gods, will religion disappear...or will humans become the new object of faith?In the end, technology may cure illness, erase suffering, and transform reality itself. But it will never fully answer the oldest human need: the search for meaning. Because even in a perfect world, the soul will still ask the same question it always has...why are we here? by @izanamiconceptart
