Crispy Chorizo Tacos 🌮 🔥Hard to beat these tacos with the @madein Carbon Steel Griddle helping you out! This Griddle is great for the grill or your stovetop giving you that resturant style flat top cooking experience at home. Use the link in my bio to check it out today!Recipe:Servings: 4 PeoplePrep: 15 minutesCook: 25 minutesTacos:* 1.5 lbs Ground Chorizo* 10-12 Corn Tortillas* 2 cups Shredded Jack Cheese* Chopped Cilantro, garnish* Chopped Red Onion, garnishTomatillo Salsa:* 5-6 Tomatillos, husk removed* 2 medium Limes, juices* ½ White Onion* 1 Large Jalapeno* ½ cup Cilantro* ¼ cup Water* Salt, to tasteInstructions:1. Preheat the Made In Carbon Griddle over a medium high heat fire (about 350F).2. Add the tomatillos, jalapeno and onion to the griddle to toast until lightly charred. Pull off and add to a blender with the other salsa ingredients. Blend until smooth and set to the side.3. Add your chorizo to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes until fully done. Then add to a bowl and mix in the cheese until well immersed. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool.4. Add to the tortilla a scoop of the chorizo cheese mix, fold over and press to make flat. Add to the griddle to cook for 1-2 minutes per side until nice and crispy.5. Serve the taco with cilantro, red onion and salsa. Enjoy! by @overthefirecooking
