A YEAR AGO vs 2 WEEKS AGO
We all have to start somewhere , and as you can see I started very "scrawny" and was made fun of as a kid for being soooo skinny , which made become self-conscious about my body and physical appearance. So I made it a personal mission to start to grow and eat more , and workout . I consistently kept going after my goal and grow , even though it felt like FOREVER to see results. I ate 6-7 meals a day , and hit the gym for 3-4 hours a day. Working out became not only a hobby but a lifestyle for me. I would eat SO MUCH , and i became so irritated because I was not gaining any weight , until i realized I was eating ALL the wrong foods . WHOEVER FEELS LIKE IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GROW OR LOOSE WEIGHT , IT IS POSSIBLE. STAY MOTIVATED , DETERMINED, CONSISTENT , AND HUNGRY FOR RESULTS!!! by @jaaylatz

Why would you quit?
