Trophy position is so important for tennis players.

You can’t generate any power when your racquet is open in waiters tray.

I never went to a team practice in 11th grade and I didn’t even play on the team in 12th grade.

No need.

If you want to actually win matches and stop playing low in the lineups with the doubles guys, dm me “LINEUP”. by @jabaritennis

Focus on the important mechanics and less on the ones that aren’t going to get you serving over 100 MPH.

I probably cracked 110-115 on my knee if I were to guess. by @jabaritennis

On my high school tennis team, I was set to play the “coaches favorite” for a lineup position.

The biggest problem within players that I see is their base.

On the volley, you should keep the racquet head up, you should keep your left arm up (as a right hander) but it’s very difficult to do this without a strong base.

It should feel like I shouldn’t be able to push you over.

This allows you to drive the volley easier and it also allows you to cover more court when you’re at the net. by @jabaritennis

Challenge matches mean nothing for high school lineup positions.

The only thing that matters is how good you are outside of the team. by @jabaritennis

Even on my knees I still generate a big serve.

Throw the old teachings out of over usage of legs and focus more on that shoulder rotation and racquet head speed. by @jabaritennis

I’m releasing my online mentorship program for serious committed high school tennis players looking to play higher in the lineup, increase their UTR, have a healthier transition into D1 tennis and get around their hatin azz coach.

Time to lock in. by @jabaritennis
